The simplicity which I find with managing the calls using 8x8 is incomparable.. Used many other such softwares in the past but this one seems to be the best so far... It has exceeded my expectations ... happy to use the service
8x8 android app! As a service manager I am always on the move. Having the app and answering the call anywhere I want is a huge bonus for me. Also when I need to place call during office hours and I am not the in the office, I feel as if I have the office phone in my hand with all the contacts and I can place call any time and from any where I want! As a homebased entrepreneur, it is very comforting to know that I can work from where-ever I am. In the car, In the store, even on the beach, I never have to miss a call. It's important as a self employed person to be able to leave the office and still be able to function as if I were.
