My call numbers are never consistent and stay on Call 2 the entire day. Sometimes it will go up to Call 3 and then back to Call 2.
8x8 often causes Salesforce to run slow and lag. Even when multiple windows are not open, it will say they are.
The app frequently gives errors on start-up, inappropriately reports "five browser tabs" being open, will not end calls, and opens the wrong salesforce account with an incoming call.
Constant dropped calls. Constant bugs. No support.
The app rarely works, records calls that are not connected, disconnects often. Fails to record calls that are needed, and generally runs exactly like everything else that 8X8 runs...very poorly.
The app is slow to load, buggy, the single signon does not work and I spent 2+ hours on the phone with useless tech support. They escalated the case but no one from "the salesforce team" ever returned my call. We will likely switch providers once our contract is up if not sooner.

Is the plug-in compatible with Lightning yet? Also, it's very common to see "error" pop-ups in the extension, but no explanation on the issue or if it's resolved.
