Fix it where it can only pull up the account by the associated contact. Can we have it log a call to an existing activity?

I would say that this helps, if it would stay active for more than 5-7 calls at a time. I like the fact that we have a click to call capability, but I always end up with an 'instances' issue where it says I need to close windows to continue using, when I have ONE window open. The only way to re-initiate the process and use 8x8 again, is to completely shut down salesforce, log back in and sign back in to 8x8. It is incredibly frustrating.

About 70% of the time the system works great, however some functionality only sometimes works. E.g. calling overseas to a number that does work on any other device (and checking the +is in place). Also sometimes someone will call into the office and it will appear who is calling and log the activity against the account. This only happens 10% of the time, and I have checked with my colleagues, but it happens sometimes even if we don't have a tab open with the account. It also doesn't matter how many tabs are open. It keeps signing me out even while I'm typing notes. I don't understand why I'm constantly having to re-log in.

Integration with SFDC seems to be down at the moment. My colleague is having the same issue with the loading wheel of death.

If the 8x8 times out. it interrupts users input in to the fields associate with the lead and directs the cursor to the 8x8 call tab login section.

It's okay. I get a random "error" in red most of the time. The fact that 5 instanced can't be open at the same time is kind of counter productive. Sometimes I am stuck at the login screen and keep clicking to log-in button and nothing happens.

What's the difference between "Ready" and "Not Ready"? Regardless of what mode I'm i the phone still always rings and gives me the pop-up with the match. Is the idea of "Not Ready" so that you are not getting calls popping screens?
