If I could give 10 stars I would! Numerous calls back & forth calming my concerns. He would say take a deep ************** the next step. Just went through a phone call consultation. Very professional and detailed. It was a wonderful to talked to someone about getting out of the timeshare and are willing to help. Just starting the process but will have a case worker to keep me informed on how things are going. This is very welcomed.
