So far so good. I think they will be able to get the job done if anyone can. I believe it takes a legal action to change a legal action so this may be the best way to take care of this issue.

I have just started the process but I am optimistic about this. I have wanted out of this timeshare ever since I signed the paperwork. We have never used the timeshare so spending the money to get out of it is worth it to us. I can only hope this is a speedy process.
