I am so glad I got in touch with the ACA GROUP to help us get out of our Timeshare. In all the years we had it we never used it. We decided we didnt want it any longer and also didnt want the burden left on any of our children. They took care of everything and let us know what was going on during the process. The ACA Group explained all of the details with my first call to the office, explained in a way the common person could understand. So far I'm super impressed by how on the ball they are, first day and I've spoke with 3 people all of them explaining everything to me, super polite and making me feel like they've got my back on trying to rid myself of my timeshare. I have disposed of a timeshare a couple of years ago and was not happy with the extra fees and lack of information.
