So far my experience has been professional and thoughtful. I'm happy so far.
While this whole process is stressful - you are, after all, trying to get out of something you shouldn't have gotten into in the first place - ACA Group has been pleasant to work with and we feel we are headed in the right direction by signing-on for them to help us. We did not feel pressured at any point but did pay the entire contract fee up-front. We did feel that their fee was reasonable, based on comparison and word of mouth. I will submit another review when we no longer own our time share!
The ACA Group is an awesome organization. You guys are honest, trustworthy, and delivered results just as you said you would! I thought that this process would take a few years, but it took a few months to end my timeshare ownership! Great job guys!
I came to ACA looking for help getting out of a purchase of *******. ***'s **** ********************** was generous in the time he took to explain the ins and outs of their process in extricating people from time share purchases. They claim a 100% success rate and I was no exception to that. With their help I succeeded in saving myself roughly 80% of my commitment (including ACA's fees. I was very pleased with their service and recommend them. They'll get the job done.
To date I find the business professional and efficient.. as I have just started this journey I will have to submit a more detailed review after the closure of my contract

At first I was nervous and thought is this going to be a trap, then once we decided to go with ACA, we were directed to finance for a loan and again thought is this a scam. After getting stuck with GEVC Timeshare its hard to trust and I get anxiety. However, so far things are going great! Literally just started the process yesterday. They were very very knowledgeable with situations we were facing. Very helpful and didnt try to be pushy and was able to help us 100. Walked us through while beginning process and very nice. They took their time to explain everything to us and also did everything they said they were going to do. I couldnt have been more happier for making the call. I highly recommend them to anyone.
