The ACA Group is amazing! They lifted the burden of terminating my timeshare from my shoulders and went to work right away. They were very thorough and always kept me informed during the process. In less time than I expected, they were successful in terminating the timeshare! Could not be happier!

The people were great. They explained everything in detail. Questions were answered to my satisfaction.Mailed in copies of all materials, called to verify that I sent them customer service person was pleasant and helpful.

The ACA group succeeded in getting us out of our time share! You do pay a fee for their services but in the long run it is way less than paying yearly timeshare fees. They kept us posted every 90 days or less if something came up. I would highly recommend them!

ACA Group made the process of canceling my timeshare easier. It was worth it! I am so glad to be rid of my timeshare. The process did take time, but in the end I am glad I was patient and I am glad to be out of my timeshare.
