Bad software. Dual sided scan requires flipping the pile and refeeding. Pages after the first more often than not do not scan. The software is very poor. It takes a lot of their software to work properly. Even then, this is not a dual sided scanner. You have to refeed the docs a second time after turning them over. One Star Lasted 4 months. Now I can't feed anything through it without it getting jammed up.
Pulls in multiple sheets incorrectly, doesn't work well - CHEAP!! Absolutely terrible scanner. The scanner james frequently, pulls in multiple sheets at a time, occasionally takes a while to warm up, and is overall not a good product for the value. After trying to make this work for months, I have determined that price is a huge factor in these scanners. Don't be cheap and simply buy a better version.
Never worked A waste of money. Was never able to get it to work, despite hiring an IT guy to help.
One Star Couldn't get it to scan or link to the computer. I returned it.
Wireless connectivity? BEWARE The wireless connectivity is a joke.....the description makes you assume that you can easily connect the scanner wirelessly to your phone for easy scanning and operation via an app. No....you need to have one-touch wifi and a router nearby. That doesn't help me when I am carrying this scanner around to scan files from govt offices. The whole point was to not bring a laptop. Super disappointed with the description. Not sure if I'm going to keep it....
Absolute Garbage Don't buy it. It works, however it constantly jams if you ever have multiple documents. Even with singular documents, at time this thing will misalign the page and jam.
An awful piece of Equipment This scanner is not at all what I expected. I wanted a scanner that actually worked and was able to scan multiple documents in one go. However, this scanner seems to only have the capacity to scan 1-3 documents in one attempt. It also frequently gets jammed or the software on the computer freezes and says the scanner is busy. If you're needing this scanner for an office where you need to use it to scan multiple documents, this is NOT the scanner you want.
One Star This product started bending paper and binds up after 2 uses!!!
