TERRIBLE Simply a mess. Don't buy this scanner. Does not scan properly.
Light duty only. Just not sturdy. I had to replace it.
I am impressed with this scanner Most of the time, when I have wanted something off the computer, like a document, I have had to go through my printer. Now, I can go through the scanner. I will also be able to scan receipts and save them for taxes. I have needed this in my life. I can do more with this scanner than I have ever been able to do with any scanner before.
It Works Sometimes You have to install the software first to use it wireless and your pc has to be connected via wifi. It jams sometimes and sometimes has to be rebooted.I think I would stick with a flatbed scanner that doesn't feed the documents through. The software is not very god either, the forced update didn't work at first, had to reboot twice.
Hard to set up and use; compact I guess you could describe this product as an old school throwback. At least I think it is in terms of how it sets up out of the box. Remember maybe a dozen years ago how much of a hassle it was to introduce any new peripheral into your computing environment? Perfect for on the go When my husband is on a worksite and needs to send things back to the office that aren't already in a digital format, this has been wonderful. He can scan in notes and send in a file. He uses it to scan in business cards as a backup. If he finds flyers he can run those through and share. He has a plug in his truck to run the printer but you can find them on Amazon. He loves not having to take pictures with his phone all the time. This is a neat little scanner!
This is JUNK If I could give it -0- stars I would. I had one of these same scanners before purchasing this one and had very few problems with it. This one I have to use heavier paper and can only scan one page at a time to try to keep it from jamming. pure junk.
Bad product Definitely not heavy duty. No good support from the company.
Not for office use If you need to scan a few documents from time to time you will probably be fine but anything more than that and you will be frustrated. It feeds from the back to you have to reverse organize your documents. It also jams easily and then stop functioning when you remove the jam. Easily one of the worst pieces of office equipment I've ever purchased.
