Its good when it works. This product is good when it connects to my laptop. This has been really frustrating. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this product just because of how often it has issues. I have to scan in between 50-100 Pages a day for my job. The wifi is just too weak to connect consistently and it ends up adding a bunch of time to my work day. disappointed in this product's performance. It does produce high-quality documents (PDF) when it does work which I was happy about.
Don't buy.. Awful don't buy, more time wasted than productive.
Do not buy Total piece of garbage. Feeder grabs multiple sheets at a time. Scans random blank back side of documents when set to single side scanning. Takes multiple attempts to scan documents before it feeds and scans correctly. So frustrating I literally threw it in the trash. Good riddance.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCANNER!!! If you have one page to scan it works fine but anything more than one page it pulls multiple pages through at the same time every single time you try to scan more than one page and gets jammed almost every time you use it. Terrible terrible product!!!!!!!

The only good thing is that it’s easy to use and set up etc Edited to add: it jams very easily and you have to restart the whole scanner to continue. It also beeps way too loudly. I use this scanner at work and I truly hate it. Lowered from 2 stars to 1 Star. Don’t purchase.

What a waste of money As others have said, the paper jams every single time. What a waste of money, I have spent so much time rescanning, smoothing and rescanning, smoothing and rescanning, pulling paper out and rescanning. What a crappy product.
painful when recurring frequently Wireless connectivity issues. Typically, you can solve those. But... painful when recurring frequently. Main issues are related to simple scanning, whether receipts (particularly not good) and/or multiple pages or receipts. Used maybe 20 times, and ready for the garbage can. Too bad: wash of hard earned money.
Can't handle bulk papers well and pages are always crooked. This is probably one of the worst scanners I've used. I bought it to quickly scan documents. It does anything but that. When scanning multiple pages it has a tendency to do a few then grab the whole set. Then it gets jammed. You pretty much have to feed them one at a time. Then the pages are off so the scanned image is crooked. Very poor scanner. Wish I would have kept my money as this was not a cheap scanner.
