Fast scanning speed, only issue I had with this ... UPDATE: Lately I haven't been able to use this scanner because its inability to pull in a single sheet of paper in a straight path and thus made the scanned page crooked unevenly. One Star Machine jams about every other print job. Paper feed does not have a positive stop

The Installation Disk doesn't work!!! You need to download the software needed to connect it to your computer wirelessly! Great scanner - BUT...For starters the Install CD-Rom disk didn't work on the computers in my office (Which, the information online and in the box said that it was compatible with my operating systems) To connect it wirelessly, I had to go online and download a different installation software - for EVERY different computer in my office! Scans well, but has problems with paper handling! This machine works well, as far as the quality of scans goes. Unfortunately, it has a poor ability to handle paper as it runs through for scanning. If you're scanning more than one sheet, don't leave the premises! It has a habit of taking sheets after page one and feeding them crooked, thereby jamming the machine and often ruining the paper. I purchased it in December for single sheet scanning and worked with some difficulty but not too bad and then it died last week Very upset that this scanner only lasted two months. Very cheaply made product. I have had this product for less than one year. After every scan, it says it is jammed although it is not. It will not reset unless you turn it off and reboot.. Nothing in the documentation addresses this issue. I regret the purchase and will stay away from Brother products in the future/.
