Just What I Needed! Love it so far. Bought it for scanning colored artwork. Haven't had any problems and easy to use once you know how to. I took a star off because there are no directions. They give you directions for install but no manual. I had to google search for the manual. I haven't had any jams. Also, it comes in white not black as picture. Recommended.

Legal documents are the max. Overall it works pretty well but it claims to scan documents up to 34" I have never been able to get it to scan our 22.25 inch contract documents. It stops about 18 inches in an complains that it is jammed or paper too long. It is not jammed. So I would say it's great if you only need up to legal size paper.
Nice scanner, right out of the box Nice scanner, right out of the box. It took less than 10 minutes to set up on my wireless network and I was scanning shortly after. It is small but fairly heavy, which I like. Scanning is as fast as I need it to be and the quality is fine. The only reason I didn't give this a five star rating is that I can't seem to figure out how to make the plastic card scan work--I'm sure I'll figure it out but right out of the box it seems to not work.
Great Product, Professional, Fast, and Friendly Customer Support Included! As expected. I had trouble getting it set up to my Mac but called customer support and they walked me through the online driver download. Even with customer support, the process was professional, easy, and hassle free. Product works as hoped. I recommend it.

Setup was relatively easy (but I am a gadget guy so I'm used to installing software/devices/etc). Out of the box the scans were HORRIBLE because NOTHING would scan even close to straight (yes, I used the tiny paper guides but they are simply too short).
