Save yourself the stress!!!! Biggest P.O.S. I've used in a long time. It jams up regularly. Can't scan papers that are different widths. Can't combine them afterwards into a single PDF. Wireless connection is terrible compared to HP All-In-One next in same office. I don't work for Fujitsu but am an IT consultant. I didn't want to pony up the money for a scansnap but I would like Brother to give me my $200.00 back plus pain and suffering. Don't buy this product. Useless - Save Your Money Update - May 26, 2015 Now it's lost its connection to my computer and will not work at all - useless piece of frustrating junk! This was a fantastic scanner for me - for about a month or two. Now, I'm about ready to throw it out. It jams and rips my original document about 50% of the time. No legal size duplex/multipage scanning This in fact is a nice device, compact, slick, feature rich. I tried it and scanned maybe 20 documents, some of them three or four pages long. It did get jammed a couple of times, but this is expected, the papers were not all in a good shape. Disappointed I recently purchased this elsewhere. I would use it a lot more if the wi-fi scan would work all the time. Oddly, I cannot get it to "consistently" scan via wi-fi. Plus, the included software is not user friendly like the Fujitsu scansnap s1300. Scan to the web link works 50% of the time. I have not used the card scan or other feature since I cannot get the scanner to consistently scan via wi-fi. Ridiculous, awful setup and I already have a Brother device! I should have listened to all the reviews about the software and how hard this is to setup. I already have a brother all-in-one and I am familiar with their "Control Center" software, so I thought I would be ok. No! Horrible customer service. I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. Poor product set up, poor service Set up didn't work. Called help desk and they did not help. I finally figured out a back door way to install the driver. I would not recommend this product.

HORRIBLE! The WORST scanner ever!!! I researched and researched for months to find the perfect scanner that would be able to scan my receipts and documents to I could become paper free. WRONG I was, almost every receipt will either get stuck and create a paper jam so you have to open it up, pull it out and reset it. Happens on 98% of them.
