I went to this urgent care location to get checked up for my illness. As soon as I walked in, there was a lady at the desk her name is Elke Baca. How i know her name is cause I asked her for it. Reason for is because, I wanted to share how her professionalism was so helpful that day I came in. She was nice and very understanding even to my questions. Honestly felt so at ease at this AfterOurs location. The doctor and nurse were both professional yet relatable, I felt right at home and very well taken care of during a minor health issue that was freaking me out. I did not see any of the things the bad reviews are complaining about. I will definitely go back here!

We were on our way to winter park to ski. I had some left flank pain before we left home, (driving from Mn) when we got to Denver Saturday pm, the pain had increased to a point that I decide to have it checked out. I found this clinic ( the one at 4500 w. 38th ave.)via the web that was open. From the moment I entered till I left I felt very cared for. There were a few other patients at the clinic also. Poor check-in process, extremely slow, after an hour I was still not checked in. I also waited an hour before they told me that I could not be seen because my visit would require follow-up care. You do not want to go to this Urgent Care Clinic.

Typically, registration and check-in takes about 10 minutes. We are a walk in clinic and see patients on a first come first served basis (with the exception of emergencies) so the time it takes to see a provider depends on the number of patients ahead of you as well as the seriousness of their chief complaint. They were able to squeeze us in right before closing time at 11PM. The check in process is seemless. The front office is very nice and fast. The staff there was able to identify the problem and get me on my way to the ER where I was admitted. The staff followed up with a phone call to make sure I was okay. Overall a great experience!
