Poor check-in process, extremely slow, after an hour I was still not checked in. I also waited an hour before they told me that I could not be seen because my visit would require follow-up care. You do not want to go to this Urgent Care Clinic.
They were able to squeeze us in right before closing time at 11PM. The check in process is seemless. The front office is very nice and fast. The staff there was able to identify the problem and get me on my way to the ER where I was admitted. The staff followed up with a phone call to make sure I was okay. Overall a great experience!

Very pleasant staff. Saw me for a 10 day old cold. Gave me a prescription for a Zpack and an inhaler and a face mask so I didn't cough all over everyone. Took about an hour all told. Excellent option if you don't have a PCP.

The staff were very kind and professional. There discretion was greatly appreciated and they got me in and out extremely quickly. Thank you!!

Not sure why all the low reviews. This marks my second visit in 4 years and each time I was happy with the experience. This most recent time was very nice first and foremost because of the care I received. Great attention by nurse and doctor. And secondly because you do registration right from your smartphone instead of filling out a mountain of paperwork. You know, the drill where you write and sign you name a good 15 times. None of that here. Glad I live just a few blocks away and can come here when needed.
