I would honestly give this place 0 stars if i could, I seriously beg everyone who sees this to never EVER step foot into this place. So this all take place 8/5/21. I register online and set a time for a covid test. Upon arrival the receptionist rudely informed me that they don't allow appointments for covid tests and i would have to register. I repeatedly told her that i had already registered online and even offered to show her on my phone. She very rudely dismissed to my car to wait. When i was finally called in i was esco... read more

I showed up after calling about a rapid results COVID test and nobody had any record of my call, so I was asked to register and check in which I did. I waited in my car over 20 minutes to get the text to complete my check in and then waited to be called in. After another 25 minutes in my car I went in and the girls up front were relaxed in their chairs and chatting with used COVID tests sitting around the desk. When I asked if I could please take my ID and insurance card she then got up to make copies and asked if I needed r... read more

I walked in with chest pains my left arm going numb on me and the doctor turned me away (I didn't even get to the front desk) didn't even attempt to check me out or anything this is by far the worst urgent care I have ever been to!!! Even though I might have had heart attack symptoms the personal in this location did not even make an attempt to ask me if I needed an ambulance to be called for transport they just literally kicked me and my 7 yr old daughter out. One word that could describe this facility would be "HEARTLESS"!... read more

I make an appointment at 5 pm Since the girl that work there doesn't know what her job and she so lazy only at 5:40 she said they are not Excepting my insurance Wow !!! Such a horrible place if you want to spend your time you are welcome to go there. I wish I had a zero star to give you

Most insurance carriers will cover an urgent care visit (patients may be expected to pay a co-payment or meet a deductible), some do not. With so many different insurance carriers and plans, we encourage patients to verify their unique insurance benefits prior to being seen to know what their coverage is for an urgent care visit.
