I showed up after calling about a rapid results COVID test and nobody had any record of my call, so I was asked to register and check in which I did. I waited in my car over 20 minutes to get the text to complete my check in and then waited to be called in. After another 25 minutes in my car I went in and the girls up front were relaxed in their chairs and chatting with used COVID tests sitting around the desk. I walked in with chest pains my left arm going numb on me and the doctor turned me away (I didn't even get to the front desk) didn't even attempt to check me out or anything this is by far the worst urgent care I have ever been to!!! Even though I might have had heart attack symptoms the personal in this location did not even make an attempt to ask me if I needed an ambulance to be called for transport they just literally kicked me and my 7 yr old daughter out. One word that could describe this facility would be "HEARTLESS"!... read more

I make an appointment at 5 pm Since the girl that work there doesn't know what her job and she so lazy only at 5:40 she said they are not Excepting my insurance Wow !!! Such a horrible place if you want to spend your time you are welcome to go there. I wish I had a zero star to give you

Hello Efrat, AfterOurs accepts all insurance (except Kaiser and out of state Medicaid). Most insurance carriers will cover an urgent care visit (patients may be expected to pay a co-payment or meet a deductible), some do not. With so many different insurance carriers and plans, we encourage patients to verify their unique insurance benefits prior to being seen to know what their coverage is for an urgent care visit.

The doctor was friendly, but other than that, this was definitely a waste of $75. I came in last night with abdonimal pains, which is an issue that their website explicitly states they treat. The nurse at the front desk wasn't particularly friendly when I walked in and curtly told me that they would only be able to assess for abdominal pains and that they typically send patients with this symptom to the ER. Naturally, I wasn't eagar to go to the ER for what might be nothing, so I told her I wanted the doctor to see what was... read more

Wonderful hours, there was very little wait, and I they had me in and out super fast with great service. I would absolutely come here again. The first urgent care I went to wanted $500 because of the time. So happy I found this place.
