Every one was pleasant and helpful. Even tho we showed up right at end of Super Bowl which went into overtime. If my daughter hadn't went to watch ending ofgame with the nurse I'm sure I would have been through even faster than I was! Very good experience.
They were all nice people they took time to help me. Knowing that they can't do much for my arm they did a good job.
