Do not go here! Tria the nurse practitioner had a great bedside manner but they billed me $999 (before adjusting for insurance contracted rates) My total due was $522 for less than 30 minutes in the place. And they take your credit card, send you a statement before you even get your explanation of benefits from your insurance company and inform you they will charge your card in 3 days from the notice but not for full amount which I am guessing by putting you on a "payment plan" they can charge interest on top of their fees. ... read more

I entered this clinic at 830 it was not until 9 that anyone was even at the front desk. There was one individual ahead of me. By the time the lady was at the front desk there were five other patients waiting. She was exceptionally rude to every single person she encountered. She told me I would receive a text message to fill out my information. I hadn't received it for 20 minutes when I inquires about it. I wanted to make sure she had the right number. Went in on Saturday morning around 10am. It wasn't busy at all and I was able to be seen right away. They check you in all via on-line and allows you to pay on-line as well. Staff and doctor were very informative and professional. Someone even called me a few days later to see how I was feeling. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Went in on Saturday morning around 10am. It wasn't busy at all and I was able to be seen right away. They check you in all via on-line and allows you to pay on-line as well. Staff and doctor were very informative and professional. Someone even called me a few days later to see how I was feeling. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

So I just had the best experience at this urgent care. I was worried because of the reviews. I came in with my baby and was worried that the wait would be long. I was in and out in 20 min with my RX. My doc was compassionate and informative. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly, southern gal. Will be back if I have an emergency.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews here: this is my second time here and I have had a quick and easy experience both times. This time I went in for back spasms and pain, waited less than 10 minutes to be seen by the NP (okay, so it isn't an MD, but it's not like I need surgery!) The NP listened and provided a great treatment plan, gave me my Rx, and I was out the door less than 15 minutes later. The only thing keeping this location from getting 5 stars is its overall appearance: the floors of the exam room n... read more

i was able to make my appointment as well as fill out all the paperwork on-line! Fabulous! Arrived at the clinic and had minimal wait time in the lobby and exam room. Bam! Out the door and to the pharmacy! The office staff was friendly. The PA was attentive. The location of the office took an extra trip around the block to locate. I received a follow up call from the office three days later to make certain everything was going well. Two thumbs up! Thank you AfterOurs Urgent Care!
