About as bad as if gets. Was visiting from out of town. Had a infection on my finger that seemed very bad. They gave me antibiotics but no matter how I asked they wouldn't drain it and it was swollen and clearly needed to be drained. After two days it didn't get any better so I called my primary in Seattle for an appointment. My doc wanted to know what antibiotic shot I was given. EXTREMELY NEGATIVE experience. I arrived at AfterHours on a Sunday afternoon in serious abdominal pain and after a week of intense diarrhea. The person at the front desk didn't greet me, just shoved a paper at me and said to fill it out because they were going to text me. She said they don't do paper forms and that I needed to download an app to do my intake paperwork. The app experience was frustrating and I had to re-do multiple answers to questions because of formatting. As I was waiting in the waiting room several other ... read more

Different smart phones may display the app differently but we do offer tablets at all of our locations as an alternative. This is the best place to go for medical attention! Their staff is always super friendly and professional. Their check in process was easy and you can even fill the paperwork out online prior to coming into the office. I am a little behind the times so I filled my paperwork out onsite but was seen within 15min! So convenient. I can't say enough good things about their people and practices. Thanks you After Hours for always looking after me!!

Opened at 8am but the person who registers patients is missing in action and they have no way of contacting that person so the lady who is doing nothing at the front desk nor the physician can help anyone. How can this be??????? You don't know how to contact an employee? What the hell is wrong with common sense?

The rude front desk girl informed me that they didn't have an X-ray machine...at an Urgent Care. Seeing as I've gotten an xray there before, I inquired as to why and she said, "I guess, like, it takes the pictures or whatever, but, like, it doesn't, like, let the doctors see them after that or something."
