Avoid this provider unless you enjoy rude staff and long waits. The staff was completely unprofessional and I waited forever to see a doctor. To complete my horrible experience I was charged $50 more on my visit with insurance compared to my uninsured visit. After calling and questioning the charge I was informed that they have set contracted rates with insurance providers and will not disclose that you will be charged more as an insured patient. The website says they close at 11pm. Walked in at 10:20 hoping to get some relief from a nasty sinus infection. There was no one in the waiting room, so I thought I would be able to get in, get a diagnosis and prescription and be on my way. Receptionist tells me the doctor won't see me because she already walked her last patient to the back. Are you kidding me??? There's 40 min left before you're "supposed" to close. Thanks a lot.

About as bad as if gets. Was visiting from out of town. Had a infection on my finger that seemed very bad. They gave me antibiotics but no matter how I asked they wouldn't drain it and it was swollen and clearly needed to be drained. After two days it didn't get any better so I called my primary in Seattle for an appointment. My doc wanted to know what antibiotic shot I was given. Called twice and left messages and got no return call. Went to my primary and he took one look and said we needed to see a hand specialist immedia... read more

EXTREMELY NEGATIVE experience. I arrived at AfterHours on a Sunday afternoon in serious abdominal pain and after a week of intense diarrhea. The person at the front desk didn't greet me, just shoved a paper at me and said to fill it out because they were going to text me. She said they don't do paper forms and that I needed to download an app to do my intake paperwork. This is the best place to go for medical attention! Their staff is always super friendly and professional. Their check in process was easy and you can even fill the paperwork out online prior to coming into the office. I am a little behind the times so I filled my paperwork out onsite but was seen within 15min! So convenient. I can't say enough good things about their people and practices. Thanks you After Hours for always looking after me!!
