I am writing this for my friend who I was with during his visit. I came in with ear pain and was greeted by Burniece and seen right away. My nurse Megan was very nice and professional. There was another lady there who walked in right as I did who was being rude to the front desk lady. She came out of her room was yelling at them and being extremely rude because she thought she waited too long even though the nurse was in the room helping me.. So blasé and annoyed about people who are really hurting. They were counting the seconds til they closed, trying to push us out. Dismissed me with no information and a pat on the back, immediately went to ER and now I'm hospitalized for pneumonia.

Called during advertised business hours to speak to a live person after my daughter was thrown from a horse. Automated answering system and I listened to music for an extended period. Not very "urgent".

Efficient. Professional. Friendly. A lot of reviews people write about medical care focus on things that are totally irrelevant to patient care. As a physician my priorities in what I judge an urgent care clinic on are their skill at taking care of appropriate urgent care issues and knowing their limitations. I had an injury yesterday where I sliced my hand open while cooking and had the fortunate opportunity of being treated here. The front desk was efficient and professional. Do not go here! Tria the nurse practitioner had a great bedside manner but they billed me $999 (before adjusting for insurance contracted rates) My total due was $522 for less than 30 minutes in the place. And they take your credit card, send you a statement before you even get your explanation of benefits from your insurance company and inform you they will charge your card in 3 days from the notice but not for full amount which I am guessing by putting you on a "payment plan" they can charge interest on top of their fees. ... read more
