The doctor was friendly, but other than that, this was definitely a waste of $75. I came in last night with abdonimal pains, which is an issue that their website explicitly states they treat. The nurse at the front desk wasn't particularly friendly when I walked in and curtly told me that they would only be able to assess for abdominal pains and that they typically send patients with this symptom to the ER. Wonderful hours, there was very little wait, and I they had me in and out super fast with great service. I would absolutely come here again. The first urgent care I went to wanted $500 because of the time. So happy I found this place.

I am writing this for my friend who I was with during his visit. I came in with ear pain and was greeted by Burniece and seen right away. My nurse Megan was very nice and professional. There was another lady there who walked in right as I did who was being rude to the front desk lady. She came out of her room was yelling at them and being extremely rude because she thought she waited too long even though the nurse was in the room helping me.. The staff all handled it very well considering how unreasonable and awful this lady... read more

So blasé and annoyed about people who are really hurting. They were counting the seconds til they closed, trying to push us out. Dismissed me with no information and a pat on the back, immediately went to ER and now I'm hospitalized for pneumonia.

Called during advertised business hours to speak to a live person after my daughter was thrown from a horse. Automated answering system and I listened to music for an extended period. Not very "urgent".
