Last night my son sprained or broke his ankle. The tennis facility manager called Afterours Urgent Care on 38th in Highlands and made an appointment with Afterours and explained the emergency. I took my son to the clinic, hobbled up the stairs and was told by a staff member that if we were here for an X-ray that the machine was broken. I said why didn't you tell us when we made the appointment? Sorry, I will talk to the staff. All 3 staff members were sitting right next to each other and not one got up out of their chair to ... read more

In June 2015 I went to AfterOurs on E. Hamden because I had left my blood pressure medicine at home on Vancouver Island and needed five pills to see me through my visit. I was forced to wait for more than two hours, finally saw a very nice person who was able to give me a prescription, and then, months later because AfterOurs' computer system can't deal with Canadian postal codes, I received an invoice for a Level 3 charge of $232.00 followed almost immediately by a note that they had turned the matter over to a collection a... read more

Came in shaking and in tears with a fever, vomiting and joint pain. Gabby the front office troll was less than helpful. She was very rude and clearly did not care about myself or the other sick patients. A mom with a four year old walked in and asked if they could call her, she was taking her daughter downstairs to walk around and not bother people who Were clearly sick. Gabby shouted, "no, there is too much going on here" and looked the other way. She snapped at me after my card that was having money transferred to it didn'... read more

I had to call twice because I could not find the office- it is on the second floor across from Comfort Dental and does not have a visibly illuminated sign. While I was there the staff were nice except for expecting me to sign paperwork with what I thought might be a broken arm which was causing me significant pain. I had X-Rays taken of my arm and a little while later was told I had no broken bones and should ice, elevate and take ibuprofen. I was told that I could... read more

Place is fantastic if you are really into waiting. Clearly massively understaffed. The folks who are working aren't super worried about moving people through. When you're sick, spending two hours (and counting) in a lobby isn't how you want to spend your time. Tldr; clown show
