Took my boyfriend here after a mountain biking accident and while they were able to get him in quickly they somehow didn't catch that his arm was fractured in TWO places even after X-rays. We live in Austin so once we were back in TX we went to a different doctor who informed us about the arm fractures. The fractures will heal themselves but would have been nice to know what was wrong in the first place.

This may be one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Went in for severe side pain, fever and nausea. I chose this location because it was the closest to my home that takes my insurance. There was nobody in front of me and I got in fast, but that was the only positive. The nurse took me down the hall to a small, dirty bathroom and instructed me to label my specimen cup myself, and then leave it on the sink when I was finished. This may be one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Went in for severe side pain, fever and nausea. Very unexpected to find a good alternative to Porter ER after 8 pm on a Friday night. In and out in less then an hour, scripts in hand to help stop A bad sinus infection flare up. Office staff greeting was professional,Trier Abeyta was an exceptional NP Who wrote three scripts for me and save my weekend from becoming kind of a nightmare. I will definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or family in case of after hours problems when they are open !

A simple clean cut - 5 stitches - STILL - 6 months later - have a deformed knuckle and they lied about billing - ended up costing me $326 MORE than I was told!!

I wish I could rate this clinic 0. I visited just this morning and was turned away due to a malfunction in their system that returned my insurance as invalid. The receptionist refused to check me in even after speaking with the insurance rep who validated my coverage through CU. Ridiculous. Promptly went to Concentra down the road and had no problems.
