So I went in today to get a cut looked at maybe I am a little bit more talkative than most but Heath the PA was totally awesome! And to the woman helping me check in that also works at the primary care facility she was easy and so nice to talk too. She loved my experience in life and my advice I hope she get a chance to do a rotation in EMT on a rig and to the girl at the front desk she was so nice and easy to talk too! I got here at 0800 and the provider was "running late." It's 0937 and I'm still sitting in the waiting room and the provider is "still running late." Not very "Urgent" care.

Do I have to leave a star? I would leave zero stars. I don't leave many reviews, but this place was terrible and want to save someone from getting poor service and care. I wish I had read reviews before I went here. I went in on a Sunday morning, as I had rolled my foot off the sidewalk and thought I may have just sprained it. They took X-rays and the Dr. or whatever she was "thought" she saw a fracture. But wanted the radiologist to take a look. She said I should take the X-rays and follow up with an orthopedic. Do I have to leave a star? I would leave zero stars. I don't leave many reviews, but this place was terrible and want to save someone from getting poor service and care. I initially wrote a review that said "making an appointment does not actually get you an appointment. Long wait time." I received an impersonal generic response as follows: Response from AfterOurs Urgent Care "Hi Alyssa, We are a walk-in clinic and see patients on a first come, first served basis. Our online registration/check in does not guarantee an appointment time, however, it does ask for an estimated time of arrival so we apologize for any confusion this caused. I would NOT recommend this urgent care center AT ALL. They don't have a lab it doesn't even look like a urgent care center AT all the nurse who first saw me didn't take my measurements like height, weight etc. she asked me what was wrong I told her one thing that was wrong she didn't ask anymore. Me, it was awkward because I knew that there was now going on with me. When doing a bacteria screening my PCP can tell me during that doctors visit if I have a bacteria infection or not.
