Do I have to leave a star? I would leave zero stars. I don't leave many reviews, but this place was terrible and want to save someone from getting poor service and care. I wish I had read reviews before I went here. I went in on a Sunday morning, as I had rolled my foot off the sidewalk and thought I may have just sprained it. They took X-rays and the Dr. or whatever she was "thought" she saw a fracture. But wanted the radiologist to take a look. She said I should take the X-rays and follow up with an orthopedic. I initially wrote a review that said "making an appointment does not actually get you an appointment. Long wait time." I received an impersonal generic response as follows: Response from AfterOurs Urgent Care "Hi Alyssa, We are a walk-in clinic and see patients on a first come, first served basis. Our online registration/check in does not guarantee an appointment time, however, it does ask for an estimated time of arrival so we apologize for any confusion this caused. I would NOT recommend this urgent care center AT ALL. They don't have a lab it doesn't even look like a urgent care center AT all the nurse who first saw me didn't take my measurements like height, weight etc. she asked me what was wrong I told her one thing that was wrong she didn't ask anymore. Me, it was awkward because I knew that there was now going on with me. When doing a bacteria screening my PCP can tell me during that doctors visit if I have a bacteria infection or not. Below standard facility and equipment. Be prepared as a previous reviewer stated... surprise fees They take your co-pay, bill the insurance per their agreement with the insurance carrier, and then they bill you what they do not charge insurance. I will not use the Urgent Care again.

Arrived due to eye pain at about 8:30pm in a Friday night. There were 2 parties ahead of us. Finally got escorted back to a room around 10. Finally at about 10:45 (15 minutes before their closing time), we decided it wasn't worth it and left without so much as even catching sight of a doctor. The cleanliness of the rooms especially was to be desired as well. I don't ever write bad reviews but this was just out of control. Almost like the twilight zone
