They charged me an extra $52 for "MED SERV EVE/WKEND/HOLIDAY". So be prepared for surprise punishing fees for using an urgent care for its intended purpose if you go here. I copied and pasted that line item from a bill I got from AfterOurs, not anything my insurance sent me.

Hi Max, We definitely did not charge you anything extra based on the time of day you visited our clinic. We have a flat contracted rate with major insurance carriers. Your insurance carrier and plan are responsible for how they break down the visit and bill their members and in reviewing your file, your insurance carrier paid for the part of the claim you are referencing. This place is a dump. Its filthy and the person at the front desk seems annoyed that he has to even make eye contact. Go anywhere else.

Checking in at this place if you are in a lot of pain is obnoxious! Be sure you have a cell phone and someone with you to get online and answer questions. Be prepared to wait even though it's not full. Doesn't matter if you are in a lot of pain. Have been here twice; once the person being seen and once with someone. No difference either time! If you can go somewhere else, do so.

Don't go here!! Got charged $135 out of the blue after insurance for a service that I could have done myself. The doctors didn't do anything to help what I was experiencing and I was only there for about 30 minutes and it ended up costing almost $300. The experience felt very unprofessional and awkward.

Every one was friendly but this is probably not the place for you if you have a sick 14 month old. I'm pretty sure the girl that took my sons vitals was not a nurse or a medical tech. The baby scale they used had to be the first one ever invented. She weighed my son with all his clothes on then attempted to take his pulse/oxygen rate with an adult sized finger pulse oximeter. She tried to put two fingers in then squished his little thumb in the device to get some kind of reading. Meanwhile he's screaming the whole time. Then... read more
