Checking in at this place if you are in a lot of pain is obnoxious! Be sure you have a cell phone and someone with you to get online and answer questions. Be prepared to wait even though it's not full. Doesn't matter if you are in a lot of pain. Have been here twice; once the person being seen and once with someone. No difference either time! If you can go somewhere else, do so.

Don't go here!! Got charged $135 out of the blue after insurance for a service that I could have done myself. The doctors didn't do anything to help what I was experiencing and I was only there for about 30 minutes and it ended up costing almost $300. The experience felt very unprofessional and awkward.

Every one was friendly but this is probably not the place for you if you have a sick 14 month old. I'm pretty sure the girl that took my sons vitals was not a nurse or a medical tech. The baby scale they used had to be the first one ever invented. She weighed my son with all his clothes on then attempted to take his pulse/oxygen rate with an adult sized finger pulse oximeter. She tried to put two fingers in then squished his little thumb in the device to get some kind of reading. Meanwhile he's screaming the whole time. Then... read more

Came in to get a pain in my quad looked at. They were the closest urgent care to me and let me know there was not much of wait over the phone. When I got in there were only two patients in front of me. The entire time I was sitting there in pain, the two front desk employees were just chatting. Finally after an hour the nurse brought be backs to a room. Where I waited another hour and no one came in. I finally walked out and asked how much longer it would be. I've been struggling with a migraine all day. And terribly nauseous. I took lyft to AFterhours. I saw Dr Martin. He was great and said asked me what works for me. I told him and he said there is no sense reinventing the wheel, patients know what works. I had three shots and I'm back home in bed. It too less than an hour.
