I went here because I was having trouble breathing due to Bronchitis and was worried that it may have escalated to pneumonia. I had to wait over an hour and then had zero procedures done except blood pressure and temperature. Then the doctor or nurse who saw me only made things worse by making me believe things were much worse then they were. This place is a mess. The guy at the front desk is useless and tells everyone that this urgent care facility is not within their insurance network. I checked in network providers before coming in and this location was clearly listed. I checked again after he told me I was not in network. Then, when I proceeded to sign in USING THEIR SYSTEM, it showed that I was in network with a $35 co-pay. They need to train their front desk staff to understand how to properly read insurance coverage information. I feel sorry for the patien... read more

They use an app that misread my insurance benefits, so I had to call my insurance. Their billing people were unavailable and the nice person at the front desk isn't authorized to help. Eventually they told me that I could just pay my copay, but there was a significant delay and they could not assure me what my bill would be. My insurance rep did eventually reach a customer care person, but she was also unable to resolve the issue. Took my husband here with a super high fever and difficulty breathing. They refused to see him because "we can't verify his insurance (not sure why, he had his insurance card and it was up to date and valid, but they didn't recognize the company, and couldn't get through because it was a Sunday), and since he has insurance (per his valid insurance card) we can't let him pay out of pocket because it's insurance fraud." He ended up intubated in the hospital 4 hours later. This is a clinic that is not invested in the well being... read more

So I went in today to get a cut looked at maybe I am a little bit more talkative than most but Heath the PA was totally awesome! And to the woman helping me check in that also works at the primary care facility she was easy and so nice to talk too. She loved my experience in life and my advice I hope she get a chance to do a rotation in EMT on a rig and to the girl at the front desk she was so nice and easy to talk too!
