Hard to find reliable companies anymore, but these guys were amazing. Had an old furnace replaced with a heat pump. They showed up on time, finished the project on time and on budget. Left everything clean. Very knowledgeable about products vs their competitors. Highly recommended!!!
We had the most incredible experience with Alexander's. A neighbor recommended them after we got a diagnostic/estimate from another company we felt was a bit too expensive and we're so glad we followed our gut and got a second opinion. The issue the first company found was so large that it was nearly the same cost for replacing the whole unit and the issue Alexander's found was only a couple hundred dollars and was fixed the same day we called and in under 30 minutes from arrival. I had an excellent experience with Mark! From the first phone call to the final service, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Mark arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my AC, and the pricing was fair with no hidden fees. It’s hard to find a company you can truly trust these days, but Mark and his team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs!
My Furnace Fan motor broke down going into the hottest day of 2025. Scott Lane was able to come out within 24 hours and get the issue fixed so that our AC was functional for the 95 degree day. Scott is actually a manager but was willing to go out into the field to help people and I can't tell you how appreciative I am for that. Alexander's has been fantastic to work with in the past and I would recommend them for anything going forward.
