I've used Alexander's Heating and Air Conditioning (Alex and his crew) for multiple projects now and I can't say enough good things. They're always on time, super professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely nice people who are a pleasure to work with. We had Bryant furnace replaced, first time Bryant AC install, Honeywell Electronic Filter and Reme-LED. Amazing install and quality from Alexander's Heating and Air Conditioning! 1. Dean our project lead gave us transparent pricing and itemized everything down to the permits, extra wire routing for replacing our old thermostat with a nest! 2. They booked us in a timely manner, had good communication and showed up on time, did a competent job and handled billing smoothly. It was $210 per component (one indoor and one outdoor for the house's A/C) plus tax for the annual service. I don't know if this is good or bad compared to others but this outfit seemed professional which is more than I can say about many others I've dealt with. I'd use them again.

I had called about 5 heating companies trying to schedule one. Some wanted to charge me juts to come out and look. Others were booked out quite a ways. No one went out of their way to help (I did not expect them to). I called Alexander's Heating and Air Conditioning and talked to Scott about the problem. I called to inquire about fireplace repair. The gentleman I spoke with (maybe Scott but I forget) was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We talked about why my gas fireplace might not be lighting and what a service visit would entail. But rather than selling me on it, he told me to do a few things with the switch while he stayed on the phone with me. It fixed the problem! I asked him what I owed him and he said "nothing." This is the best experience I've had getting anything repaired ever by far. On the scheduling side, Elena took great care of me and kept me in mind for any cancellations during a time when fireplace services were booked out several months. Elena also was willing to work with me on a follow up warranty request even though I contacted her slightly outside of the warranty period (completely my fault for the lack of communication). Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year... Alexander's Heating to the rescue!! What a fantastic job they did... Professional, knowledgeable, Honest and so efficient!!! Getting straight to work on our project, they installed a new furnace, removed the old one and left everything clean and tidy... they even called the following day to make sure everything was working properly!!! We were blown away by their terrific customer service. We couldn't be more pleased. Beyond grateful... thank you!
