So far I've not been happy with coastal moving services. I had the initial "salesman" Eric tell me that he would be my point of contact through the entire process. That turned out to be not true at all. He also did not remember the most important thing which was I wanted my stuff packed. He didn’t have that listed when we first spoke, and I was very clear about it. This is 1 of 7 moves that I’ve scheduled over 1000 miles since the pandemic in 2020. My lucky number is 7 so it makes sense that this company finally came through for me and they left me very surprised. I certainly should leave more reviews when I’m pleased however this is the first review I’ve ever left for a company and I turn 50 in July. Coastal Moving helped my mom with her move from Cleveland to Boca Raton Florida last week and I cannot express enough how easy they were to work with. The movers showed up on time and were extremely hard working. They handled all my moms belongings with care and delivered them on time. I would definitely recommend hiring Coastal for your moving needs. Although they weren’t the cheapest, they were worth every penny! Thanks

Alexis was very patient and explained everything well. Her customer service attitude is what influenced me to sign with this company. My move has not happened yet but I expect great service based on what Alexis has shown me so far.
