They were so friendly, strong and helpful! Willing to move even the smallest crazy stuff, and a lot of walking on this move. I feel the price was very reasonable, and it was so easy to reserve the day I needed, which didnt give them a lot of lead time. I appreciate this company and their team. I would highly recommend Coastal Moving Services, LLC
I have to say that I am very impressed. They worked hard and worked efficiently. And took care of my things. I was renting 2 storage units but this company made it all fit into one. They also organized things as well. The last moving company just put things everywhere. This shows you how much care and effort they put into their work. They also saved me money... the last movers, I paid quite a lot for mediocre, rushed work. As you can see by the pictures how hard and meticulously they worked. Before choosing, I actually got quotes from and spoke with 6 different moving companies. Wed had really unfortunate experiences with movers in the past poor communication, negative attitudes, carelessness, and no real resolution when things went wrong so trust and integrity were everything to us this time around. Even going into a new company, we were honestly bracing ourselves for disappointment.
The planning was handled nicely from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and the team was easy to reach.
Overall, the planning side of the service was handled well. It was the combination of clear communication, organization, and helpful support that made the process easier for me.
The movers were new workers-they moved all the boxes in a timely manner. There was a little hiccup during the moving process; however, customer service was prompt and the issue got resolved in a timely fashion. The owner is upholding the integrity of the business by being responsive and professional. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat whenever I move.
***** did a wonderful job moving my fianc and I. We had an excellent experience with him from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They handled all of our furniture and boxes with great care, making sure everything was protected and arrived without any damage.
They were all friendly, diligent, and super careful with our belongings. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the service, especially considering how hot it was on the day we moved.
I am totally happy with the move! Those guys were great. They arrived at the beginning of the window. They were very polite, friendly, and professional in every way. They worked fast and were so careful with my stuff and the floors in my new house. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Im still amazed they got the job done so quickly.
