What made the difference for me was having someone available to discuss the details. It gave me more confidence while preparing for the move.
I mainly wanted clear communication, and that is what I received. Questions were answered and the arrangements were explained in a straightforward way.
I've never seen a group of movers work harder. Even after 3 hours, they'd set down one box and then start *jogging* back to the truck to get another. The team arrived early, packed the truck efficiently, and kept my belongings safe and un-dinged. I'd highly recommend them.
From the very beginning, their quote was the most reasonable out of the five moving companies we contacted. But what truly sets them apart is their mission. You can tell they arent just working for a paychecktheyre working to keep an incredible program alive that helps change lives, and that made supporting them even more meaningful.
The way they managed to move heavy furniture's, maneuver big items in a narrow area, and how nice and warm they all are, The Other Side is the only moving company that I would recommend and would definitely use when we move again. They have a very reasonable price too!
I had an excellent experience with these guys. They were very cautious with my belongings and accommodating to us. Move was from NOVA-DC. This is the second time I’ve used Coastal Moving Services, LLC and will absolutely be using them again! Impressively speedy and efficient.
They got my move handled so quickly, their team was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything in place before they left. Im a single woman and moves can feel kind of stressful, but this was the best experience Ive ever had. Highly recommend!!
The dispatch team are warm, intentional, and incredibly dedicated, following up with us multiple times before and during the move to ensure our needs were being met and exceeded.
These guys are true to their company name as they are very affordable and their moving staff are truly top notch. ***** and his crew of 4 did a great job of moving my household goods from a 3rd floor condo to a 4-level townhouse 20 miles away yesterday. They were quick, no breaks, and their attitudes were positive and very professional the entire time. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again for my future moving needs!
