I wished I had came to these reviews first before I even dealt with this company!! I booked a same day move and they immediately charged my credit card then called back to advise it would be Sunday between 1-3pm. I said ok but they didn't show Sunday. Tried to call after 3pm but no one would answer. Called every DFW location until I got Josh. He promised me a call back. Nothing! Called more DFW offices and got another promised call back. Nothing! I will never use this scammy, shady, awful moving service again. I have used Mustang Movers in the past and decided to switch it up. All My Sons cost over $800 to move from a 1.5 bedroom apartment in Dallas to a 1.5 bedroom townhouse about 20 minutes away. They were not responsive at all. They showed up FIVE HOURS late, and I only got an ETA (which was wrong twice) after calling them repeatedly. There were supposed to be four movers and they only sent three. These guys are a horrible company. They do not even talk to you about your move without accepting a $100 deposit, and on top of that, are very rude on the telephone. Mason, who took my money, then ended up hanging up on me. I also spoke with Caleb, and Austin, we're all equally rude on the telephone. They also rip you off and do not tell you all that you are eligible for, and give you a terrible rate initially, but then there are easily able to drop the right substantially, and play a lot of games. Stay away.

Deceptive trade practices. Lazy staff. Put everything in writing on your quote as they lied to our face. Realtor said there are much better options in Dallas; we had poor experience with an inter neighborhood move.

How the hell does a move from Dallas to Richardson for 10 boxes, 1 TV, 1 couch, and a couple of bookshelves cost $1000???? Not to mention they scratched my TV.

DO NOT USE this shit company for moving your belongings. I repeat do not use this company!!!! The absolute worst moving experience ever. Dan Pelle the estimator and office boy Antwone who runs his mouth more than he does listen are both in Dallas Texas area. They lack professionalism, will overcharge, and did not return calls or emails after the shit-show experience we had. 0/5 Stars. They will damage your home and refuse to pay. All My Sons Moving smashed our chandelier with a couch, and broke the banister on our stairs and offered a $150 settlement for damages that cost me close to $3000. During the move a representative from the local office called to check in. I told her about the damage and she assured me that they would send someone out personally to replace the light fixture. This company charges by the hour so they spent days just taking apart random things like chairs, candle operas, and furniture into a million pieces and then left them for us to figure out how to put back together. They also put many dents in our walls and scratches of the floor of our brand new home. Now they will not respond to us even though we have sent them numerous messages and photos and called several different phone numbers. Do NOT use this company.
