All My Sons Moving smashed our chandelier with a couch, and broke the banister on our stairs and offered a $150 settlement for damages that cost me close to $3000. During the move a representative from the local office called to check in. I told her about the damage and she assured me that they would send someone out personally to replace the light fixture. This company charges by the hour so they spent days just taking apart random things like chairs, candle operas, and furniture into a million pieces and then left them for us to figure out how to put back together. They also put many dents in our walls and scratches of the floor of our brand new home. Now they will not respond to us even though we have sent them numerous messages and photos and called several different phone numbers. Do NOT use this company.
I was charged $1016.44 for a 2-bedroom apartment to be moved 15 miles to a storage facility. Took 3.5 hours in total. They nickel and dime for fuel charge and a travel time charge which other moving companies I've used don't do. Boxes were fully packed, and all furniture was protected before they even showed up. They scratched up the washer and dryer because they didn't put a protective cover over them while moving them to the truck and while it was in transport. Avoid this company like the plague.
Will NEVER use this company again!! They broke my 5 month old, 86", $1500 tv, my ceiling fan (which had to be replaced, not repaired) and dropped my 2,000 Lb. safe on the concrete!!! They offered me $800+ for restitution even after I had previously paid a significant amount for extra coverage!!! The movers themselves even told me that because I had the additional coverage, that I would be FULLY COMPENSATED for the damages and I should receive a new TV. they charged us 800 to move 5 minutes away, lied and said it will be 50 percent off ,because they changed the moving date. Come to find out it was just 50 off! I feel like we got ripped off.It was suppose to be 189 a hour. They started at 9:15 and finished at 11:30.That should not be 800 dollars! I'm. mad as hell!! I don't recommend them and will never use them again!!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My move with this company was perhaps the WORST experience of my life! Everything was damaged... every piece of furniture was scratched or broken and walls were damaged in both my home and new condo. They broke the heat sensor in the elevator which set off the fire alarm in my new building. What a nice way to meet my neighbors! Their customer service is absolutely rude and helpless. Scam artists! Do not use! If there was option rate of a half star I wouldn't give them this pleasure. Quoted for 1 hour trip time (to my destination and back to their office) and 3 hour move time, and protection of personal belongings. The movers milked the clock for moving all of 8-10 items and illegally forged my signature on documents that included the costs of moving. Forgery is a FELONY. Every previous 1 star review is accurate. The movers themselves are nice but this company is a huge rip off and I would not recommend them to anyone. The guy who answers the phone in the main office is also very condescending and a pain to deal with.
If you want a service that lies and overcharges you came to right movers. Totally unprofessional, sloppy, didn't finish job and had the nerve to get angry when I questioned price. From management which was called numerous times the day of move to the movers iintentI onally prolonged time, and would not even place items where requested, these are con artist not movers
