Charged me $90 for gas to drive 3minutes. The workers moved very slow. It rained during my move and I was still charged for the time the workers weren’t moving!!!! BEWARE!!!! GM William was very rude and disrespectful!!!!!
DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS. If you are thinking of hiring movers, please do yourself a favor and avoid All My Sons Movers. We scheduled an appointment weeks ago with them to move at 8am Saturday morning. They called at 5pm Friday to say that they will not be able to move us this weekend leaving us high and dry. They didn’t even do us the courtesy of canceling within business hours so would could a more reputable mover to squeeze us in last minute.
I was suppose to be moved on Monday they called and said first thing Tuesday. They sent 2 boys not guys or men came.. They looked around then called their boss to say they seen a gun and didn't feel safe. Hell I didnt feel safe with the 2 thugs they sent to handle my stuff... No apology just left. And it wasn't even true bc I have young children no guns or anything illegal in my apt... I felt they drop the ball but another company came on the spot. Affordable and in less time it took the thugs to lie to their boss...
Thieves. Never showed up for appointment never received refund for deposit, was forced to claim fraud on my card. BEWARE!!!
DO NOT USE THEM!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! I was told I was scheduled between 8:30am and 9:30am then was later told that movers wouldn’t be there until after 1pm. When I expressed my frustration to the GM and how their scheduling process weren’t fully explained and are unfair, Carlos cancelled my move. The worst customer service ever and they have the nerve to say they provide the best customer service
WORST COMPANY EVER ... Paid my deposit promised a morning move.. to be told we have “bigger” moves so we will get to you between 12-4 .. That time slot came and went .. no movers showed up. Carlos in the Fort Worth office is TERRIBLE no compassion did not care ... said he didn’t have “anymore drivers for the day and would have to schedule me for the next day” but absolutely could get me in the morning. Unprofessional and expensive. Walls and furniture were damaged, my tv was destroyed, and items are missing. I was charged double the quoted price.
I moved from San Antonio to Mansfield, TX. I rented a Uhaul in San Antonio, had friends and family help me move my belongings onto the truck there, and hired All My Sons Ft Worth to be at my new apartment to unload the truck into my apartment, and put together any furniture that required assembly. I am a single mother, and I had my parents drive up with me to assist with my daughter. The WOSRT!!! They booked me between 12-4 pm. They show up at 8 pm and they said, you have too much stuff. Sorry we can’t move you. My manager lie to me, he said you only had a few couches. The dude LEFT! I waited 7 and a half hours and the left me!!! Zero stars. What is worst the manager could not make the movers do the right thing! Wow! Just wow!
