DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had 3 guys help us during our move into our new house. We have multiple scratches and dents on our fridge from them literally dropping it off the trailer. It rocks now instead of standing up straight. My new front door now has a major gash going through the wood from them bringing in the fridge. We had 2 knife sets and a Waterford salad bowl equaling to about $900 from our wedding registry. We unpacked everything and us losing our mind trying to find it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They didn’t finish their job yesterday and left because they were tired. Now the manager Carlos says they can’t come back today to finish. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Run!!! Do not use this company! Worst experience ever and the General Manger Carlos is a joke! Trust me, find someone else. There is even a Facebook group that has multiple horror stories from this company. Many, many upset customers. Read other comments here, especially about Carlos, this guy doesn’t need to be in any customer facing role, This will go beyond a Facebook review, I plan to reach out to the corporate office next week. Read the fine print people!! Just cost us $600 dollars plus $50 deposit to move one room that was completely packed when they got there. Laborers are extremely nice and professional. Company is a rip off!!! Do not use!!!! I repeat do not use!!!!! So pissed!! If you have had this experience I recommend reporting them. We will. We should have read their reviews here.

NOT A SAFE COMPANY DURING THE PANDEMIC! If you are like me and need to move right now, you probably were attracted to the claims that AMS puts out about precautions they are taking during the pandemic. You should know that the movers they send out DO NOT FOLLOW ANYTHING the company claims they are. To falsely claim safety to drum up business during this time is nothing short of being irresponsibly dangerous and this is not a company you can trust with your family's safety. Do not use this company. I made an appointment for July 1 a week before we was scheduled to move. the movers was suppose to be there between 7:30 and 9 they called about an hour before and said that none of the movers showed up to work so they canceled us at the very last min and It was such an inconvenience for my husband because he had to make other arrangements to get us moved due to me just having a baby.

We waited until 4pm with NO updates on our move after calling several times. We were sent to Carlos their operations manager—he was rude, flippant, and dismissive. He offered no updates on when we could expect them to arrive. After asking to get the number to their corporate office he cancelled our move—at 4:30 on a Saturday. We told him we just wanted an update on when to expect them-not to cancel. We were told Good Luck. I have never in my life received such poor customer service.

Movers destroyed our very expensive 65 inch tv and company doesn’t want to reimburse us. Claiming my fiancé told them not to box it which is absolutely ridiculous. Why would he tell them to not box our tv that we just got a little over a year ago? We didn’t even put a claim on the desk that they rammed into our new homes wall but now I’m thinking we should have. Don’t use these people if you are afraid of movers breaking your belongings and not reimbursing you :)
