Dallas Cowboys need to get their star off of these guys vans....pathetic representatives! Great service from Houston area AMS, but Fort Worth is as bad as it gets.... It was obvious when I tried numerous times to discuss my issues on a local move (Euless to Hurst) with AMS Fort Worth manager and got ZERO response that the problem starts at the top with this location. Stay away!
moved from Fort Worth to Killeen Texas on the 27th of June. The movers from All My Sons Moving picked my household goods up on the 27th and put them in storage. After a month-and-a-half the second part of the move from Storage to Killeen occurred. Absolutely the worst movers I’ve ever hired, they broke my recliner. They also showed up without tools! How do you show up without any tools?!? Do not use these movers under any circumstance!!!! Zero customer service! Stay away from this service!!!!!! I’d give them ZERO stars if I could! Update: Spoke to Debora in claims... they wanted to offer me $25 for breaking the base of my recliner. Do yourself a favor and use anybody else. I will never again try to use this worthless company. Absolutely the worst. I had scheduled a move a month ahead of time, 30 mins to the latest time they had quoted me, they cancelled the job stating " 4 of our drivers didn't show up". All they offered were apologies and no solutions. Only offered a 10% discount for the next day move (with no guarantee their drivers will show up). Absolutely horrible experience. I have a small home, not much to move. It took 3 guys 3.5 hours to move me. My bill was over $900. The office staff was terrible, movers were whiney and slow (except one, he was a hard worker). Liars & theives. 🖕
If I could give less than one star I would, which is unfortunate because there was a time when I would have given this company 5 stars. (I had used them years ago and had a completely different experience). My son was moving and I agreed to pay for the movers since I could not be there to help. I called to book and they took a deposit for 2 hours of moving time, leading me to believe that would cover the whole move. My son calls on the day of the move to tell me they need over $500 more to complete the move. We were stuck at that point, so I paid it. I felt like I had been lied to. Just finished a move with this company and they were by far the worst moving company I have experienced. Unprofessional, ridiculously expensive, damaged my floor, washer, dryer, front door paint, moulding paint, mailbox, etc. Constant nagging for tips. The excuses by management and lack of caring. Need I say more? Stay away.
