Friendly dispatcher and lead mover but they had two younger guys who the lead had to keep yelling at...lacked experience. They damaged a brand new $2,000 couch and busted a dresser to where it can't be fixed. Their claims department says they give you $0.66 per pound. That will not cover having new upholstery put on the couch. They are slow and over priced. I should not have to pay for them to train new movers who don't know how to move. they are rude customer service and damage furniture
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They quoted me $300.00 to move one bedroom and a bathroom. It took them 4 hours. They charged me $615.00. I kept catching the movers (2 guys) standing around and playing on their phones. One of the guys I videotaped staying he wouldn't move a couch unless I payed him an extra $50.00 even though I'd already paid for the next hour and half of time..I caught them standing around, and playing on their phones to bill more time. Worst movers on the planet. Charged me over 1000.00 and destroyed my dining room table and damaged several doorways on my brand new house DONOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE HIGH PRICED ANS HORRIBLE.
I had previously used All My Sons for my last move and had a wonderful experience. This time around, though, I was disappointed. I was quoted that it would only take 2 hours to move from my old apartment to my new apartment, which was only 4.6 miles away from my new apartment. Since it took 2 hours for my last move with a 2-man team (where the old place was 22.6 miles away from the new place), I assumed this was quite reasonable with a 3-man team this time around. They took very long time and price was outrageous.
Wouldn’t even give one star! They do not quote you what they are really going to be charging you. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We spoke to Cliff on the phone and he told us it is $109 per hour and they have a 2 hour minimum. We paid $109 as a deposit and were to pay the rest on the day of the move. We were told the $218 would cover them moving us in the 2 hour time frame. Fire management as thay are a bunch of crooks.
What started out to be a great experience ended with unsatisfactory service. The crew did not move my couch into my condo. They didn’t even attempt to move it through the doors. We discussed bringing it through the patio and they said that would be easier. So they laid pads and blankets down and then told me they were going to go turn the truck around and would be right back to finish the job. 30 minutes passed with nothing.
