While the move is going on, you’ll receive a call from the manager telling you about the competition all the teams have and to leave a review to help their team win. Had two of there movers come out to help move my family which cost over $700 to only discover after the movers left my sons birthday money was stolen. Contacted the company and spoke with Anthony he said he would get back to me has yet to return my call!
Don’t get DUPED by the Salesman!! Spent $2300 for what? Came to my home inventoried everything not one word just to find out on moving day how much “we don’t move” so no particle board, no liquids, no Harleys, mowers and the millions dollar insurance policy they speak of yeah it’s a 3rd party that will pay $.60 when they break your daughters bed. NOT WORTH the heartache Oh and don’t send a rookie to gunfight you should be ashamed as a Co. this was a huge job!!

what I was told when setting up the move was not how they did it in the end. they lied about how much it would be and what all they would charge for and they over charged by almost 300 dollars. the guys were very friendly how ever they took their time and also left behind items I had asked them to get. I called to talk to the person about the over charging after it was said and done and she pretty much said we had agreed on the pricing and was nothing I could do about it

movers showed up at 3:40 pm (second move of the day). everything was packed and ready. $850 for a one bedroom apt to dropping off at a house garage. mover complained that he hurt his back at the previous move when he dropped and damaged a lady's headboard. apparently it hit his foot and he was limping the entire time saying his ankle was twisted. he had no business moving anything. washer dropped on its side, mattress drug over concrete, boxes smashed..i saw my belongings being literally thrown in the truck. entertai... read more
Paid my movers $1000. All My Sons. They left my new place with all this in the garage!! Did not tell me they were leaning and I can’t move it into my condo. 😩 Do not EVER pay these jerks to move you!! I also was told my bill would be likely half that price! What a disaster!!! 🤬 Carlos, the manager, is a jerk!!! Will be calling Better Business Bureau too!
