I wish I would have read these reviews before I booked. Horrible!! $140 drive charge, $100 in fuel for a 25 minute drive, $100 in ‘packing materials’, a higher than average rate, slow and rude movers. I called to give feedback, and no concern whatsoever. I was told “movers are a luxury.” We do not recommend this company.
Going viral: $441.00 to move a chair, a freezer, and 2 refrigerators. WTF! All my sons has no mercy on the elderly and out of work. Talk about greed.
They never finished the job! They said they would contact us to set up a time to come back and get the rest of the stuff and now they have ghosted us! No reply to emails or phone calls! I do NOT recommend using them. They say 1 million happy customers... yeah, maybe out of 5 million customers.
Do not use these guys. They charged my poor daughter (who is out of work because of the virus) $400 to move a dresser. That's it. One dresser. They totaled gouged her on the price. To make matters worse, they entered her apartment without even saying hello and asked her to sign papers before they brought it in. Very rude. It's a ripoff. Use someone else. With the Coronavirus I was told All My Sons were concern with the whole safety situation such as, keeping the 6ft distance, wear masks plus gloves. Well here to say NONE of that happened and I have a 15 month old that was there. Over priced, went to wrong location to start off. I will be sharing my awful experience on face book and everyone else that asks who the best, caring, non high dollar rip off movers out there!!!! Guess what.... it won’t be All My Sons moving & Storage!! What a joke!

Dealing with this moving company was the worst experience I've ever had. Not only did they PURPOSELY underbid in order to overcharge us when they were finished, they charged us for the time they wasted. They lost small pieces from one of shelves, hit the walls of my house, left a dark mark from their shoes on my carpet. When I pointed it out to them, they called their home office and they response was that they were going to send us carpet cleaner for ME to clean THEIR mess. They quoted me one price when they got to my house the man told me I have to pay before they would unload the truck. I received a quote for $188.00 when they got to my house it was $432. Do Not use this company they are the most dishonest company I have ever had to deal with. To add they did not want to set up my bed or sofa. They were trying to leave I had to insist the set these up.
