A friend had highly recommended All My Sons Moving. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before hiring this company. The scheduling was easy and the movers arrived on time. We are moving into a brand new build with beautiful hardwood floors. They left a large, deep scratch by not properly moving furniture. I had paid for the extra insurance (up to $5000 I was told). They had to reschedule the move date. We had told them we needed to move several very heavy things. They showed up with only 3 of the 4 guys they said they'd send, and those were three of the skinniest, whimpiest guys you've ever seen. Ultimately, they were not able to move all of the items that we had arranged for them to move, and it took much longer than it needed to because they were so puny.
These guys are awful! Matt might be the biggest liar of all time. Was supposed to have a Saturday Morning (11/15) move. Real quick, just a single bedroom apartment moving into a house 5 minutes down the road. Was told when I booked that I would probably be the first move of the day just because of how easy it would be for both parties. Do NOT book with this company, they are an extremely deceitful business. They send quotes with false information, change included services and then get frustrated when questioned. Mike and Matt should not be in positions of management. We were given at least 4 different times from 10AM to 5PM and they never showed up, even after being told the movers were in route, we were canceled. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They called me on 9/29 to confirm my 9/30 move & informed me the movers would arrive between 11am-2pm. When I contacted them at 2:30pm the day of, I was informed at they would "contact the driver" and verify his location. After not being contacted and calling again I was repeatedly hung up on (as indicated by the office noise before disconnection) until I was finally connected with another individual. I was quoted $179 per hour. Never was told about all The additional charges. The lady I spoke to said no more than $500 for the move. When it was completed it was $1200. Very dishonest quote! I would have never ever hired them for that price! Crazy!

I can't even give this company a 1 star review. I'm 78 years old, do I've moved a few times in my lifetime. They put a scratch on my dresser, scratched with a hunk of wood off the end table and large scratch on dining table. The end table and dining table are less than a year old. They have total disregard for your belongings. They charged me SO MUCH MORE than quoted. Lots of hidden fees. A 15 mile move of a 2 bdrm apartment was over $2800. This company should not be allowed to do business in the USA.

Very unprofessional. Scheduled a move two months out. Had to reschedule and then got Matt on the phone, he said the new date on Saturday was good to go. Got a call the day before the move saying they had to do it Sunday. On move day, no one showed up. Then called to check on the service, they hung up. If this is what they going to do how are they expecting more people to want to use their services?
