By far the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Jimmy, the owner, is the most unprofessional, rudest I have ever spoken to. He called me a liar about things he promised me himself, like they would bring boxes and pack some of my stuff, that were never done then told me he didn't tell me that. Aaron, who was professional and, at the time, the saving grace of the company spoke to me and worked with me on some things to help me out including to send a guy over to help me the next day. on 9/4/2022 All My Sons Movers reported to a scheduled load for moving. The agreed upon quote was for 4 loaders and 4 hours of labor. Before I committed to the move I called to verify 4 hours was long enough based on how much was needed to load and that if more time was needed there would be no issue extending the time. I got confirmation from Jimmy that time could be extended with no issue. A terrible experience overall - we moved in June, the move was a total disaster, they did not show up the day they were supposed to, there was no notification, I was on the phone for an entire day before anyone got back to me, I can go on, but not much new to add - just see the extremely poor reviews on this company and they are fairly consistent in the message - lots of last minute cancellations, no notification, very poor customer service, once you sign off on the contract you will have a VERY hard time reaching anyone at ... read more

Absolutely no! I should have read reviews and they were exactly as described. Friendly the first inquiry then not confirming my move, supposed to be there 7am- then 9 am then I cancel and they call and say they can be there at 1p and the guy acted surprised I was canceling. Run far away-

Wort move ever! The movers were late arriving, moved VERY slow, had NO tools and cost double their first estimate. I wish I had read the rest of the reviews before hiring these losers. Please do not use this service if you want a good move!

PLEASE READ!!!! This was the worst moving company I've ever dealt with! Not only were they 3 hours late, but the 3 "kids" they sent to us were inexperienced and had no business coordinating a move because they didn't know how to take our bed apart and weren't even strong enough to move our furniture without the help of my husband and his friend. We had everything packed, organized and color coded so that they knew which rooms to put the boxes and furniture in. Of course, this ended up not mattering, because since they strugg... read more

DO NOT USE this company! Cancelled move the day of service! Left me high and dry, scrambling to find movers at the last minute. Terrible. Avoid at all costs.

I scheduled a move a month earl for June 24. They confirmed the move via E-mail. I called June 22 to make sure everything was good and they confirmed again over the phone and via E-mail. Today, June 23rd the owner called and said they were overbooks and since we were the last to schedule they said they couldn't move us the next day as agreed upon. I paid for a nightmare when I hired All My Sons. All My Sons rescheduled our long-distance move without notice, arrived 4 days late to our new home, and the driver pressured my spouse to tip. Jimmy, the KC owner, took no ownership of the delays and had an excuse for everything his team did incorrectly. Jimmy also told me that I shouldn't trust the All My Sons driver to provide an accurate ETA. The driver caused further delays by putting GASOLINE in his DIESEL truck, causing the truck to brake down.
