Please believe the negative reviews for All My Sons moving. I could write a book about the negative experience, but will keep it at a summary level. 1. Showed up 5 hours late for our initial move. Taking no accountability for the delay. 2. Second move was scheduled for 8 hours and took 13+ hours. This was due to not being able to staff the entire crew as promised, of the staff that arrived, 2 of the 5 were brand new (as in first day on the job). Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The crew was great and even seemed shocked by the way I was spoken to by the managers (I had my phone on speaker for all to hear). Their trucks aren't big enough. They blamed me for not properly estimating my needs. My previous movers had semi trucks. Sadly, my previous movers couldn't provide service to my destination. We were moved on 6/15/23 and it started of well. Good customer service but in the middle of an 6 hour move my belongs were damaged some to no repair and some repaired. After speaking to local office to tell them all of my stuff was not moved after paying them $2100 we still had to rent a uhaul and complete our move. I called to speak to Justin and he hung up on me. Do not use their services they will be nice until they get your money.

you'll have to sell your left kidney to be able to afford these outrageous prices! I moved a resident ACROSS THE PARKING LOT and it was $697. they didn't even use the moving truck and two guys just said around and yet we were still charged for gas and labor for three guys. SMH they weren't even there a full two hours.

I had a 7 mile move. An antique wardrobe had the door split in half. 2 antique chairs were demonstrated, one with a pool noodle weaved in between the back rungs, one was left in the parking lot. Half of my boxes did not make it inside. They even took a box of food. The company will not talk to me, leave me on hold. Their commercial insurance Co. said they would not be covering the missing items, All My Sons would be covering 'In house'. They offered me $234 for the items. That didn't cover the wardrobe repair. Yikes! Choose someone else to help you move. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand. They first showed up at the final destination instead of the starting address. They broke a mirror and had to take it with them to trash. They pretty much hit every wall with every piece of furniture. They claimed a table couldn't fit through the door and it very easily could. I would strongly NOT recommend using All My Sons. The largest problem I faced was a final charge that was twice the estimate. I can understand a little leniency in the difference between the quote and the final payment, however, twice the cost is unacceptable. For a company that has been in business for this long, they should know how to adequately estimate the cost of a move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They quoted one price over the phone and then stick you with extra charges after your move is complete. I will not be using this company again and I advise you to do the same. The guy I talked to over the phone said "I don't know where our salesperson has gotten her information". USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They cancelled my move the morning of, at 8AM. They never called me, just sent me a text. Very unprofessional. Thankfully I found another mover in the area who was willing to take on the job at such short notice. All my future business will be going to Good Guys movers for this reason! Also, it took several phone calls to get my deposit back. Total scammers!
