When I contacted them at 2:30pm the day of, I was informed at they would "contact the driver" and verify his location. I was quoted $179 per hour. Never was told about all The additional charges. The lady I spoke to said no more than $500 for the move. When it was completed it was $1200. Very dishonest quote! I would have never ever hired them for that price! Crazy!

I can't even give this company a 1 star review. I'm 78 years old, do I've moved a few times in my lifetime. They put a scratch on my dresser, scratched with a hunk of wood off the end table and large scratch on dining table. The end table and dining table are less than a year old. They have total disregard for your belongings. They charged me SO MUCH MORE than quoted. Lots of hidden fees. A 15 mile move of a 2 bdrm apartment was over $2800. This company should not be allowed to do business in the USA.

Very unprofessional. Scheduled a move two months out. Had to reschedule and then got Matt on the phone, he said the new date on Saturday was good to go. Got a call the day before the move saying they had to do it Sunday. On move day, no one showed up. Then called to check on the service, they hung up. If this is what they going to do how are they expecting more people to want to use their services?

Used this company twice and can confirm DO NOT book with them. You will regret it. Movers were fine but you will likely be swindled as far as cost. Quote can be manipulated in real time.

This company stated they were serious about getting things done quickly, not breaking your items not overcharging or procrastinating. My stated quote went from 3 hours to 6.25 hours they charge me 217.00 for fuel when they were only less than 15 minutes from my home and only had to go 15 minutes to my new home. They charge 200 for 30 mins coming and going and they were only less than 15 mins away from my home.. This was terrible from start to finish: When I hired this company with an hourly rate that never informed me is the various rates on the side. We agreed to start move at 8 or 9 am then the week before it became 11 am-12:30, they showed at 1:15pm. Not prompt at all. We agreed to a paclass and ship which was the March special.
