I will start by saying that the people I came in contact with during this move were friendly. However, sometimes you get what you pay for. They handled my move with blatant disregard for my things. They lacked materials needed, some things weren't wrapped or packed correctly and the busted my furniture scratched and dented it and then didn't want to compensate me for it. I wouldn't recommend!

After reading through all these reviews it seems to be the same old story. Give you one quote that sounds good. But then after they have your stuff they basically hold it hostage until you pay double what they quoted you. Same story here. After all my complaints I was sent a docusign to sign if I wanted there good faith money of $150. It was so insulting. And I told the so. So I never signed it. First let me make it clear that the two guys who actually moved my 2-pc cabinet were great! Other than that, it left me frustrated and cost twice what they quoted me. When I asked the person taking my payment why it doubled, all he would say was that I'd get a detailed invoice and he was just going by what was on the screen. They won't release your property until you pay. This company is slick. Stay away. I have to say my movers did a good job. They were polite, efficient and took care with my items, but the way this company does it's pricing is very deceiving. During my first call I was told $159/hour for 2 guys plus travel time of 1 hour at $159 and yes, they will safely pack all my belongings. Second call is where it gets sketchy. I chose this moving company because I thought they were the most affordable. They blind sighted me with their "estimate" vs my total. I've had movers before who were efficient, friendly people, this company was not that. I thought it was no big deal, they don't have to be friendly to move my furniture but when I got the bill I was shocked. I paid it, knowing it wasn't the actual movers fault. I hired them to move my school teacher daughter 8 miles. She had only a dozen items. Mostly small boxes. The quote seemed reasonable and the window of time was adequate. Bad news - They showed up late. Killed her whole day- she doesn't have a car, so had to rent a car to meet them at her new place. More cost and then charged over 200 for their travel/gas. So they ended up being more than my other quotes. And when I saw the final bill I sent them a message explanation they never responded. I was so disappointed.

I've been debating this review for a while now. The driver and his partner did a good job moving. No issues, they took their time and nothing broke. The corporate office on the other hand was horrible. I put in a request online for a quote. The next day starting at 6am I got a call every 15 from someone. I gave them more information on my move and they wanted money down to schedule the move. I stopped them and said I am asking for a quote. They wouldn't give me one and I hung up. 2 men instead ad of 3. T took 7 hours to do a 4 or 5 hor job. Very large scratch on fridge door, broke corner oof dresser, and FORGOT to include my deposit in the final price. Don't use these ripoffs.
