Hired them to move 8 boxes and a bedroom set. They charged me 700 dollars for an hour long move. Were extremely unprofessional. I asked for a print out of my chargers or a receipt, never received one. Every time I called, the manager kept saying he was refunding me 150 dollars I was overcharged. I never received it. Don't use this company!!!!!!!!

awful movers destroyed walls, furniture and floor. I filed claim and was given a settlement offer of $240 dollars for a ripped sleeper couch 4 years old 5 areas of damage to a newly refinished hardwood floor, and damage to 2 walls. on top of everything else the piece that they caused all of the damage with that they claimed couldn't be moved in was moved by my son and myself while they were packing up. (with no further damage to it or the house). AWFUL!!!!

Terrible and very unprofessional! They didn't honor the original quote. I was told while booking the appointment they would move the furniture off of the truck and assemble it. The night before the furniture was being delivered, I was told by Matt, that wasn't their company policy and they could only unload the furniture. The absolute worst! I cannot emphasize enough to not contract with this company. They damaged every piece of furniture I own. Gouges in carved table legs, scratches in hand-painted tabletops, depressions in leather chair backs, sofa skirt completely torn off, mattress/box springs that I had plastic covers for were put on the ground with the open end down, plus much more. If I could choose 0 I would.? While not our movers, they were our sellers movers. They were scheduled to be out of the house by 2 pm and our movers scheduled to begin listing our belongings by 3. At 2 they had just started packing the house, at 5 or movers had to leave ( thankfully we had a uhaul). At 7 we were finally losing to a house with a hole in the ceiling B and beat up walls. AMS refused to resolve. Stay far away!

By far the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Jimmy, the owner, is the most unprofessional, rudest I have ever spoken to. He called me a liar about things he promised me himself, like they would bring boxes and pack some of my stuff, that were never done then told me he didn't tell me that. Aaron, who was professional and, at the time, the saving grace of the company spoke to me and worked with me on some things to help me out including to send a guy over to help me the next day. on 9/4/2022 All My Sons Movers reported to a scheduled load for moving. The agreed upon quote was for 4 loaders and 4 hours of labor. Before I committed to the move I called to verify 4 hours was long enough based on how much was needed to load and that if more time was needed there would be no issue extending the time. I got confirmation from Jimmy that time could be extended with no issue. A terrible experience overall - we moved in June, the move was a total disaster, they did not show up the day they were supposed to, there was no notification, I was on the phone for an entire day before anyone got back to me, I can go on, but not much new to add - just see the extremely poor reviews on this company and they are fairly consistent in the message - lots of last minute cancellations, no notification, very poor customer service, once you sign off on the contract you will have a VERY hard time reaching anyone at ... read more

Absolutely no! I should have read reviews and they were exactly as described. Friendly the first inquiry then not confirming my move, supposed to be there 7am- then 9 am then I cancel and they call and say they can be there at 1p and the guy acted surprised I was canceling. Run far away-
