If I could give zero stars and give feedback I would. They were not careful at all they over charged me they said they used six rolls of tape when they didn't even go through one and charged me for six I had to file a claim for all the damage that they did to my furniture and the walls in my new home that I just bought. Definitely do not use these people for your move.
I am a young woman who lives alone and my new house was 15 min away. Estimate was max 4 hours at 149$ per hour. It took 9 hrs!! 1,700 dollars for a single person move! The 2 men who arrived moved slow, and did not use any team work to wrap or carry furniture. Once we finally reached the house they refused to unload anything before taking my full payment. I am devastated. Raleigh office wouldn't pick up all day during the move either. Felt so hopeless.
Charged me $1800 and took 10 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment 7 miles down the road. I've been waiting 3 months to have a response to my complaint.
NO STARS WHATSOEVER! Had such a horrible experience with this company, the Raleigh location to be exact. The manager on call was extremely rude and not helpful to say the least! The time frame they gave was far from what time they arrived. And to follow, they arrived extremely late in the night, was so unpleasant and "tired" as per one of the movers stated. We had a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with this company. We did all the boxing of items ourselves, carefully wrapping glassware and other fragile items in bubble wrap and labeling as fragile. Only to have the movers stack boxes like 5' high on hard-wheel dollies, with boxes clearly labeled fragile often on the bottom, and then have them bounce the dolly's down two flights of stairs on the way to the truck. Hiring All My Sons Moving was a HUGE mistake...not only did they overcharge us for an in-state move; at worse, we were left with broken dishes, couch and arm chairs with no legs, a China cabinet with missing parts and a wall filled with scrapes and marks. The management staff was very unresponsive, unprofessional and you will never hear from them after collecting your hard earned money...They were so quick to send you off to their Claims department -- who were also difficult to deal with...We are extremely disappointed, unha... read more
We had two groups move us. The first group packed us up and moved us to a storage facility. They packed TERRIBLY TERRIBLY TERRIBLY. They even PACKED TRASH. One bag had MAGGOTS when moving in our new house!!!!!!!!!! Half the stuff was packed decently, while the other half was thrown together and a lot of stuff got BROKEN. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this company!!! They lost four pieces of a bedroom suite. After multiple attempts to find out where my furniture is, they have given me the run around. They told me they would be there for me to look through some random furniture they had for "training purposes" (HUH ???) to see if my stuff was there! Very unprofessional service. Cancelled day of due to "flash flood" which went into effect a day prior but this was not communicated to us until 1 hour before our pickup window. They'll leave you out to dry. Go with bell hop or a more dependable service. Horrible professionalism
