i suggest you use another company before they got to my house he called to tell me that it was cold outside and how lucky i was to have them move me today and tips were (encouraged)i had $20 to give each of them but waited to see how the move went. they came into my home without masks and he wanted to shake my hand it's freaking covid season the main person went into the truck for 20 minutes smoking with my furniture inside on the phone while i'm paying $200 an hour for 3 movers big disappointment. do not recommend ever ... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It was a bait and switch. I was quoted certain pricing on the phone but the pricing was not honored when the crew arrived. In addition, the crew did a poor job and injured themselves while on the job. It was only when we had taken my single item that we were moving just a couple streets over within the same neighborhood and attempting to take it into the new location that they communicate it a higher pricing. Do not use! They canceled us 3 days out of our move. I wish I had read all the bad reviews and I never would have scheduled them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They packed my tvs, threw them in storage breaking off the stands. They broke precious item from my deceased aunt. They damaged several cabinets and when I asked for the corporate office number they hung up on me. They would not help me resolve my problems but made me pay for this terrible service. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and suggest that you use Ray Ray and them off the streets to move you instead of using ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE.

Dwight was foreman of the first crew and also of the second crew that had to be called back to my home the day after they moved me because there were still boxes AND furniture they left behind. He comes into my home and starts taking pictures and arguing me, saying he has another job to go to. I told him to save his complaints for later because he is burning up time not getting to the other job. They refused hooking up my W/D though the gentleman (Boss) made my appt with confirmed they would. And then tried to overcharge me.... read more

If I could give zero stars and give feedback I would. They were not careful at all they over charged me they said they used six rolls of tape when they didn't even go through one and charged me for six I had to file a claim for all the damage that they did to my furniture and the walls in my new home that I just bought. Definitely do not use these people for your move.

I am a young woman who lives alone and my new house was 15 min away. Estimate was max 4 hours at 149$ per hour. It took 9 hrs!! 1,700 dollars for a single person move! The 2 men who arrived moved slow, and did not use any team work to wrap or carry furniture. Once we finally reached the house they refused to unload anything before taking my full payment. I am devastated. Raleigh office wouldn't pick up all day during the move either. Felt so hopeless.

Charged me $1800 and took 10 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment 7 miles down the road. I've been waiting 3 months to have a response to my complaint.

NO STARS WHATSOEVER! Had such a horrible experience with this company, the Raleigh location to be exact. The manager on call was extremely rude and not helpful to say the least! The time frame they gave was far from what time they arrived. And to follow, they arrived extremely late in the night, was so unpleasant and "tired" as per one of the movers stated.
