They are NOT honest when consulting over the phone, about their rates, and never followed up when I called them about the issue. I just needed a treadmill moved up the stairs because I couldn't do it alone and got charged over $400 over the fiasco despite them quoting me much less. I was quoted $150 for the hourly rate, and I had never used a moving service before, and apparently there is a 2 hour minimum which they didn't tell me until AFTER I paid them my non-refundable $100 deposit for the appointment in an email hours ... read more

My name is Austin Hildreth. I used your moving services on 2/8/2020 and got charged 475 dollars and don't remotely think it was worth it. Firstly, they went to the wrong address, so they were behind. All My Sons moved us from an apartment and our storage units into our new home On November 11, 2019. The move itself was uneventful, however, after the move I realized by wedding ring and 20th anniversary ring were missing. There was only one opportunity when one of the movers was left unattended in the area where my rings were. This mover asked to go to the restroom after the move and before they left. Used this company to move us out of a storage unit in Crosby, TX and then move us out of our apartment in Spring, TX to move all our furniture and belongings to a storage unit in Bryan, TX. Our belongings then sat in storage for two months before we opened it and started moving things out and finding damage. The corners of our couch, and loveseat were torn, exposing the metal and wood underneath. One of the feet on the couch were damaged as well resulting in damage to our floors before it was realized. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND NO COMPASSION AND/OR CARE. I really wish I had seen the low reviews about this company before setting up a move with them. I left the deposit as requested to get set up for a move on 11/30 around 2pm. Kendra never mentioned anything about it being hard to handle due to it being a holiday week/weekend. This company is horrible, I moved from Spring TX. to New Caney, I had to call them when I was given a time arrival between 8:30-9:00 am, well they finally showed up about 9:20, a call would have been nice if your are going to be late, I know it was not to late but a call would be nice. I've used this company 3 times, the first two times the service was decent enough for me to want to use them again. However, the third time my experience was awful. Less than 20 minutes after arrival time I was already texting my husband complaints about how the movers were handling our furniture and boxes. Boxes labeled "fragile" were placed underneath much heavier boxes despite me requesting that they take better care of the boxes I've labeled "fragile". Very Bad un prepared moving Company. The 4 guys showed up at my house with No Tools to break down the beds. Once they got the items loaded on truck and moved to my location they dented my threshold and now air comes thru and you can see daylight. I called them 3 times and last time the manager at the Spring Location named Sam told me he would have a threshold guy give me a call and have it replaced. That was over a week plus and no word back. We paid All My Sons Moving & Storage for packing and to move us from a house to an apartment on Saturday, the 8th of June. We have called 6 times and spoken to associates, managers and operations managers and still have not received compensation and the answers to the investigation. We paid for the packing of three rooms that we could not finish. The movers did NOT pack, but shoved delicate mercury glass, porcelain and picture frames into empty drawers of our furniture.
