Quote is not real until the day of the move, they will charge you more stuff. Even with that I still accepted but then they damaged an article that is less than the insurance, I asked about it and never got a respons. Not recommended at all.

Missing furniture has not reimbursed. Missing Corning ware which I cannot replace. Does not reach out to reimburse me for lost goods. Total $1000.

DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING & STORAGE - BEWARE - I know, you are in a hurry, timing has changed and you cannot get the mover that was recommended - DELAY YOUR MOVE or delay the project. If you care about your belongings you cannot imagine what they will do to your furniture - even with you there trying to oversee things. They were late and smelled of weed asked my daughter to unpack lotion they needed and used her phone charger without asking, broker a dresser and said buy some super glue then pulled out phones when completed and said this is when you tip us via Venmo. She felt very uncomfortable with them.

I can't think of a single thing that went right with my move. - They offered free kitchen packing then didn't bring anything to pack it. So we had to leave my entire kitchen behind for me to pack and move by myself another day. - They didn't bring any tools to take apart furniture. And all my tools were packed away in boxes. So we had to drive to a hardware store while they were packing and then the we got back, they still didn't take apart the furniture. So I had to. My experiences with this moving company were pretty much a disaster from start to finish. The person contacted at the moving company on the intake call determined price and the number of movers needed without ever visiting my house. I offered to have them visit first, and actually advised them to because I had a lot of stuff in storage in the house. "No problem, we've got it," I was told. If you are in Charleston,SC avoid this company at all cost. Do not believe the pricing scheme because I promise you it will be double. If you are planning on using these guys it would be cheaper and quicker to burn your belongs and buy all new stuff. Called and called and called and continuously got the run around

So basically they book my move for today and then told me that they did have any availability for the move the day off. I am so heated. Wasted my time completely. Do not recommend

I do not recommend All My Sons Moving to anyone. They do not honor their contracts, they do not care about our belongings, they damaged a lot of our furniture and tools. They did not even try to assess the amount of material they would be loading. Their prices are very high for a company that is supposed to care about the people. False advertising. When you call to get a refund for the services that they did not complete, be prepared to get shuffled from person to person until they hang up on you. They don't have compassion ... read more
