Improve on everything! Communication about arrival. They came a day late to move my things. They broke more than one piece of furniture and wanted to reimburses me practically nothing. TERRIBLE!

DO NOT use this company, or at least the local CHS county branch. We deserve, in one of the most stressful processes of moving, to at least be comfortable that our possessions will be treated with care & not broken or stolen. Watching my stuff being unloadrd from storage by another company. I would not hire ALL MY SONS to move anything. I mean anything . Packing tape came loose and boxes opened while being transported by competent people. Damaged items photographed. Absolutely the worst moving outfit I ever used and i have moved 10 times across the country. Now get ready for the "we strive" AI generated 'apology' that follows this critique. Its all BS.
We had a generally horrible experience with this company and would not use them again nor recommend them. We solicited a quote through Yelp. The sales staff was very assertive and seemingly competent. They quoted the lowest price and we retained them with the deposit. The original move was scheduled for a Saturday, but due to the weather had to be rescheduled to the following Monday. Horrible moving company. Beware! They have no professionals within this company. Not only did they damage items, they damaged my actual house. Started a claim, got a contractor access the damage to both houses. Sent the claim that totaled to $10,200.00 after 30 patient days I waited for a claim agreement, they came back with $323.00. Very rude dealing with the claims dept.
THEY'RE THIEVES!!! They stole my iPad Pro and all of my Crate & Barrel dishwares and silverwares and who know what else they stole. It seems like I have way less stuff and have to buy new stuff for dining after the move. They charged $2400 to move a 1 bedroom materials for 8 miles. For that type price, they didn't even move stuff into appropriate rooms in the new apartment, they just left everything in the living room, plus they stole a lot stuff. Quote is not real until the day of the move, they will charge you more stuff. Even with that I still accepted but then they damaged an article that is less than the insurance, I asked about it and never got a respons. Not recommended at all.
Missing furniture has not reimbursed. Missing Corning ware which I cannot replace. Does not reach out to reimburse me for lost goods. Total $1000.
DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING & STORAGE - BEWARE - I know, you are in a hurry, timing has changed and you cannot get the mover that was recommended - DELAY YOUR MOVE or delay the project. If you care about your belongings you cannot imagine what they will do to your furniture - even with you there trying to oversee things.
