They moved me a couple years ago and lost alot of out stuff. Started out at 6500 to make the move but when the smoke cleared it was almost 11k. If I could do it over again I would have used pods

Heaven help you when you get the 'stoner' crew. There's an A list and B list. My crew boss got crews switched on him, leaving the stoners to deal with. For what they charge, you should be getting the best of the best. The 'new normal' is not acceptable. The manager ended up coming out to fill in for the stoner they sent home. I'd avoid being put in this situation.

These guys helped us move 6miles down the road to our new apartment. When I called last month I was quoted $445 total. The boys showed up an hour late, reeked of weed and was carrying one single lamp or one single couch cushion at a time until I said something. One of them was literally doing kick flips on my porch with my skateboard.MILKING the clock. absolutely do NOT use this company. They damaged walls moving items, ruined several of my items and did nothing about it. tried to get in touch with their bosses before paying an extravagant amount which resulted in my stuff being ruined. they threatened to call the cops before we could get even get in touch with their boss to get things straight. your basically PAYING for them to ruin your stuff when you use this company.

Hired AMS to move, the fridge got the worst of it: dented/scratched, broken power cord, water dispenser drips now for about a minute after use. Understand accidents happen in a move. But in my eyes this was no accident, as I specifically instructed the route and precautions required to get the fridge out un-damaged: take route around island that doesn't have the dishwasher, and remove front door because fridge is wide and will not fit. Horrible company, Stated that they were a certified piano mover. My Baby Grand is totally scratched up with chips and scratches everywhere. They packed all the legs in one blanket resulting in chips ands scratches. The insurance is a joke and did not even cover the transport to the repair shop. They said transport is not covered! I would not recommend this company. I told them I would write a bad review but after checking it is just one more bad review to add to the long list. This was in Charleston Sc.

I used this company a few months ago to move from a first floor apartment to a storage unit which should've been a quick and easy transition. It took them a while and we didn't even have much furniture in our two bedroom apartment...they got to our storage unit and had a lot of trouble moving things into it that we ended up telling them to wrap up and we'll finish putting furniture in. Moved my daughter into her own apartment This past week. We did 90 % of it on our own but needed someone to help move a Heavy Couch with hide-a-bed in it as well as another light couch, head board and foot board, a dresser with mirror. Six pieces moved less than 1/4 of a mile away. ALL MY SONS charged me $600+ Approximately $240 more than I was led to believe it would have cost via initial call and deposit. Damaged multiple items, destroyed a dog bed, scratched a monitor, shattered a turntable dust cover, lost the feet off a chair, scratched my dining room table. Terrible movers and way over priced. Then insurance that I paid for refused to cover the damages. 100 percent would not recommend
