DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! TLDR: Had to pay to haul thousands of pounds of my deceased mother's furniture to the dump in order to hit our close date on our house, all thanks to All My Sons Moving & Storage. They left an entire truckload of our belongings behind and then tried to overcharge us by $6,000 (the estimate for if they had sent 4 trucks and moved the whole house... they actually sent 2 and moved 70% of the house), using an inflated estimate as a Bill of Lading. Absolutely terrible experience, was charged for packing items that the movers did not use. Easily over 80% of my furniture was damaged, can't get anyone on the phone to answer from this office. Was told on the phone by someone from corporate they are aware of this on going issue with damage and other issues with this store. We were not reimbursed money that they promised. We just got to our destination on Friday after having all my sons crew pack our U-Haul. Upon arrival our furniture was completely destroyed after being carelessly shoved and thrown in. We are missing part of our guest bed- we can't even put it together (the footboard and bottom are missing!!) . We are missing drawers with precious baby keep sakes. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - I agree with most reviews - would leave a zero if I could - movers themselves were excellent however the bill for moving two miles - one trip took about 4 hours to move 2.5 miles and it was over $1000!!!!! Tons of hidden costs that they hurry through over the phone - fuel cost for a 2.5 mile trip was over $175 - travel time ( which I never heard off) was over $175 - have move numerous times and this was by far the WORST experience we have ever had!!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The guys came with no tool box and therefore could not take apart any bed frames or my desk. I was then charged $700 for a '2 hour minimum' when they could not even move the things I needed moved the most, all they moved was clothes and a printer. Then was told that they could have someone come out with a tool box later this week. I was then told I would be charged again. DO NOT MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY

Terrible, absolutely horrible. I moved probably 6 miles down the road in Charleston and 2 of my most expensive furniture items were damaged, i submitted a claim and got only $100. I couldn't unpack all of my furniture for a couple days due to some reno work and tried to submit another claim for a missing piece of furniture!!!! RuN!! I am so sorry I did not read the reviews before I booked these jokers! I live in Middle Georgia and have a house in Charleston. I found out on Friday that I needed to go to Charleston to handle an issue with a repair on my home. Cool! I can get the final two pieces of furniture from the house and bring it to Georgia. The person i booked with "miss quoted" me for two movers and a discounted rate of $144 dollars an hour. About 4 days before the move a service member called me to confirm all the details, still for two movers at 144.
