I'm not the type to leave reviews because everyone has good and bad days, and usually people only leave reviews when they're being a Karen, but this experience has transformed me into a Karen. I was quoted $545 for a small 2 bedroom apartment. One of the bedrooms had no furniture being taken to the new place, although they did load one dresser onto someone else's truck for me. I hired all my sons moving because a had a valuable antique to move ( along with other items) and I was afraid to do it myself. I purchased "full value coverage" for 260.00 thinking that insurance would cover any damage. The moving day was chaotic. I pointed out the antique that needed special care the the team. In the process of moving it to the truck they broke the leg. Now they tell me they will not pay to repair the damage. I offered to compensate me 250.00. I was over charged by 45 min for a local move, furniture was left unassembled and still in the shrink wrap they wrapped it in. Fire pit handle was broken. Was told I would be refunded the over charge and still have not received it and it's been over 15 business days.

We hired All my sons moving, they told us don't worry we will handle everything! WRONG!! First off they were late, then they showed up, they took hand trucks upstair, loaded them with several heavy boxes, only to bang them down every stair which torn up my stair treads, (did I mention this house was only 6 months old) moving furniture downstairs and DUG UP, not scuffed but actually left digs into the drywall, banged up my doorways....then they said we will take apart tables and beds, that they can do it quickly as they do ... read more

On 10/21/21 I contracted All My Sons Moving Company to unload my two storage units, (1) 10x20 and (1) 10x10, to my new home not 5 miles away. Myself and my wife had just recently unloaded our 4-bedroom home from our recent move into these units via a 26ft Uhual truck. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but after several unanswered phone calls & emails I feel obligated to share my experience in hopes it doesn't happen to anyone else. We hired all my sons moving for a move literally 20 minutes away from each other- most of the house was packed but we asked them to pack closets & kitchen (I even had everything on the counter of the kitchen and out of cabinets to make it easier) we assumed them being professional movers it would be easier/faster for them to pack these areas then it would ... read more

They were TERRIBLE! "0" is a better rating. Dropped our couch, dropped our chair, left marks on the brand new dresser. Didn't bring a big enough truck. We had to reassemble the couch after they left because the electric recliner wouldn't work. Took the office desk apart and didn't tighten anything when reassembling, so desk fell 3 ways after they left. Lied about pricing!! Not sure how they are still in business. Zero stars wasn't an option, one star is overly generous for the Horrific treatment I received from Nate Hill at All My Sons. Unlike Most local moving company's, Nate is allergic to hard work And good customer service, it's very unfortunate I was Will to spend $1500 to have an expert handle my small 2 room apartment move, I went with an amazing company from Savannah (Savannah & Sons) that I can highly recommend! ATROCIOUS. DO NOT USE THEM. Showed up 4 hours late and high out of their minds. Slow, inefficient, and ineffective. Broke and lost over $1000 worth of furniture and personal property. Broke boxes, spilled personal property all over dirt and street and never went back to pick it up. Threw my belongings in the dirt. Damaged my neighbors' property.
