RuN!! I am so sorry I did not read the reviews before I booked these jokers! I live in Middle Georgia and have a house in Charleston. I found out on Friday that I needed to go to Charleston to handle an issue with a repair on my home. Cool! I can get the final two pieces of furniture from the house and bring it to Georgia. The person i booked with "miss quoted" me for two movers and a discounted rate of $144 dollars an hour. About 4 days before the move a service member called me to confirm all the details, still for two movers at 144. The next day i get an email saying that my appointment is booked for 3 movers at $188 an hour. naturally i called to see why the information wasn't correct. If you don't care about your belongings then this is the company to hire because they don't care about them either. Very expensive!! Not trust worthy!! The salesman is a POS. Wants your business but will never answer your call when you need him! Movers showed up smelling like weed which is illegal in SC. I was in a bind and couldn't turn them away. Foreman forged my initials on the documents which is illegal! They only good thing they were fast to pay the claim!! Please do not use them!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR PIANO! I hired All My Sons Moving to move my very nice piano from Daniel Island to Summerville. Upon delivery and reassembly, the piano no longer was functional, as something had broken loose inside the piano. When I brought it to the attention of the team member who assembled it, he literally told me "I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT PIANOS, I JUST PUT THEM TOGETHER HOW I TOOK IT APART." I agree with all the other one star reviews. They keep bumping up the price as the process goes along, they drop things, break things, smoke pot on the job, leave random things behind, etc. This could have been such a simple move but it was a disaster and traumatized my elderly parents.
worst move ever. broke and damaged several antique items. showed total disregard for the damage. movers were untrained, they did not provide protection to our items, they took close to 2 hours to go 15 miles after loading. the costs associated witb move were grossly miscalculated. they have a very convincing salesperson but a poorly run company. they just don't care.
Dont use this company!!!!!! They destroyed most of my furniture! Employees very rude cussing every breath! I filed a claim they offered me 450.00 . I had to buy a new refrigerator broke my king size bed a wood head board in half the bed cost me 3000.00 ..... I can't believe the stress and money it cost me to experience this awful company!!!!! Please don't put yourself in this company hands !
On my original call All My Sons Moving and Storage quoted $169 for two men including truck fees. I questioned that and he said they wanted to be simple, fair, and honest. Day before my move, knowing it's too late for me to find another mover they called and changed it to $199 for three guys, 1 hr drive time, 2 hours minimum on top of drive time, plus 14% for fuel. Worst company ever. They hide price and always said it texas. I call them for a moving day before and the call center give us a price then charleston manager start with different prices and hiding prices. He was really rude with my wife. His customer service was horrible. Jeremiah was really rude. He was just care all About the money, he was already claiming the money before furniture is downloading so he doesn't have to be responsible for damage furniture.
