worst move ever. broke and damaged several antique items. showed total disregard for the damage. movers were untrained, they did not provide protection to our items, they took close to 2 hours to go 15 miles after loading. the costs associated witb move were grossly miscalculated. they have a very convincing salesperson but a poorly run company. they just don't care.

Dont use this company!!!!!! They destroyed most of my furniture! Employees very rude cussing every breath! I filed a claim they offered me 450.00 . I had to buy a new refrigerator broke my king size bed a wood head board in half the bed cost me 3000.00 ..... I can't believe the stress and money it cost me to experience this awful company!!!!! Please don't put yourself in this company hands !

On my original call All My Sons Moving and Storage quoted $169 for two men including truck fees. I questioned that and he said they wanted to be simple, fair, and honest. Day before my move, knowing it's too late for me to find another mover they called and changed it to $199 for three guys, 1 hr drive time, 2 hours minimum on top of drive time, plus 14% for fuel. Worst company ever. They hide price and always said it texas. I call them for a moving day before and the call center give us a price then charleston manager start with different prices and hiding prices. He was really rude with my wife. His customer service was horrible. Jeremiah was really rude. He was just care all About the money, he was already claiming the money before furniture is downloading so he doesn't have to be responsible for damage furniture. First, I would like to say I have used this moving company before in another city with little issue. They were suppose to arrive at 1pm and they called and said they were on their way at 8am. I called and told them no one would be there then and the moved was scheduled for 1 pm. They then proceeded to call me at 11am and told me they were there. Luckily my wife was there. Google LEVEL 6 Reviewer on an $7500 Business Move: TERRIBLE - the WORST - moving experience. Look at the reviews and be warned. LOWLIGHTS: 1. $360 LABOR CHARGE to DRIVE 6 MINUTES ROUND TRIP!! Tremaine Grate says "We will charge you for 1 hour of labor, even if it is across the street." In my case this was $360 for 5 men to travel 3 min from their office to our office in the same zip code, then back to their office - 6 min drive according to Google Maps. 2. $550 FUEL SURCHARGE for LABOR ONLY! Terrible! they hired children under the age of 18 and do not provide them with any protective gear. They were working at my house moving heavy furniture wearing sandals. They did over $20,000 in damage and use the excuse that South Carolina laws only say they have to pay up to six dollars per pound for the damaged goods; which is a ridiculous law! I highly recommend staying away from these people, as they have no clue of what they're doing, and even killed one of their employees by depriving them of water.

We hired All My Sons to bring some office furniture from a storage unit to our office. Three guys showed up - they definitely did not move very fast. It was pouring rain for some time, so I didn't expect them to move items in the rain. When the rain had stopped for about 10 minutes, I went to check, and they were asleep in the truck. I was generous in giving this 2 stars. I know my experience should not be a reflection of the entire company because I read many great reviews before feeling confident in choosing them. However, my experience was not so great. For starters, many items such as glass lamps, glass tables, and high dollar framed photo did not even get "wrapped" or "packed".
