The absolute worst experience with All My Sons Moving. If I could give a zero rating certainly would have. I had a very small amount to be moved because I left most of my furniture, dishes, pots and pans with my son. I also moved my own clothes but it still took the movers six hours. They managed to scratch and severely dent my refrigerator, washer and dryer. My antique sewing machine cabinet was broken, my bed was dinged and two walls were damaged. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I hired All My Sons to move from James Island to West Ashley and the crew could not have been less motivated to do a good or efficient job. They took forever because only two of the four guys was doing anything at all. They damaged my items and didn't wear masks by the time they got to our new house, they just gave up on even pretending. SIX HOURS LATE, UNPREPARED, HIDDEN FEES! Movers were SLOW, didn't have enough boxes, left tape, wrapping, papers all over the floor. Had to come back a second day and LEFT WITHOUT FINISHING! Left me High & Dry! VERY VERY EXPENSIVE for the quality of work! Highly Unprofessional! Will File BBB also!!

I had a not so good experience. I wasn't going to write a review but today I saw them moving someone else into my building and they were not wearing masks. When I said we prefer they wear masks (there is a mandate in the area), they did not put them on. When they moved my things a few months ago, the movers did not wear masks until I insisted. Absolutely the worst experience ever! Charged over $1,000 to move three miles. Beat up a new paint job on a house we'd just bought that was completely repainted. The guy who painted it was contacted and gave a $350 dollar estimate to fix their screw ups. Tore up our farm house dining room table which was new, a new leather couch, broke a glass cake plate, had stuff piled on boxes clearly marked fragile and glass, scratched a hardwood floor up. Where do I begin? First of all, I called and booked my move on July 7th for the move into my new home on Saturday, June 25th. I paid my deposit and they said they would call me closer to the date to confirm the time. My first warning sign should have been when I had to call the next day to move the time back to Monday the 27th because my closing would not be done until the morning of the 27th. I had the WORST experience with this company on Saturday, June 20, 2020. I know I had the simplest move of the day, but turned into a NIGHTMARE. I was moving from one apartment to another apartment (in the same complex across the parking lot). The movers got to me at 12:30 p.m. and scheduled to be finish by 2:45 pm. We'll lets just say they didn't leave until 4:00 pm BUT THEY DIDNT FINISH MOVING ALL MY STUFF. Let me start off by saying that I have moved 23 times in my adult life. I've moved across the country, I have moved across the oceans, I have made local moves. I can say without hesitation that this was the WORST experience we ever experienced.
